M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (base layer 10mm & finishing layer 5mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) using liquid water proofing compound in finishing layer on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall,facia,chajjas etc surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish, out off the premises, etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of make Pidilite/Bauchemic/Fosrock, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface and apply two coat of exterior acrylic weather proof antifungal emulsion paint of approved brand and shade in camouflange pattern over a coat of primer all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning away all grass,vegetation sapling shrubs,undergrowth,roots tree,bushes,creeper not exc 20 cm girth cutting and removing complete to a distance of 50 mtr from the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply one coat of exterior acrylic weather proof antifungal emulsion paint of approved brand and shade in camouflage pattern all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

One coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Two coat of aluminium paint over old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing existing concertina coil in between fencing post and relaying the same after painting of fencing post, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for marking/numbering using white synthetic enamel paint over and including black painted surface including writing letters or figures ( Block, Roman, Italic or Indian ) n exc 30 cm height, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - Height of each letter shall remain 100mm (10CM) Note for all items: The colour and shades as required shall be approved by GE and contracor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account at later stage. General Note for all srl items 1 to 9:- In multistoryed building, the work shall be carried out after provision of scaffolding and following all safety precautions. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted and , nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
