M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/rectangle) area at each tiles not exe 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10mm + 5mm) externally in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound in top layer of 5mm thick as per manufacturer’s instructions and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’)

S&F, in repair, Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/ semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self drilling and self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, etc fixed with self tapping screws complete as per manufacturer’s instruction and as specified and directed.

S&F, mild steel work in tubular trusses/purlings/rafter/post etc including special shaped washer, etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1239 medium grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes , with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete as specified and directed

Excavaton in post holes (or similar holes) each not excceeding 0.5 cum, getting out returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregates) in foundaton/filling mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.
