Earth Work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 60% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, levelling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc. complete as per standard specification.(For Column Foundations SS 20B)

Providing Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge size hard broken including cost conveyance of all materisl to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in postion including labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curring etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One part of cement, Two part of fine aggregate and Four part of course aggregate) using hard broken granite stone jelly of size 20mm including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges but excluding cost of Steel etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Roofing with Galvalium Sheets of 0.47mm thick over cum rafters fitted with “J” Bolts with Tar washers excluding cost of rafters etc. complete 10m2c., complete comply with standard specification

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2
