Supply only liquid Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS and as approved, complete all as specified.

(Note :- Necessary earth work to be measured and paid separately.

S&F 40 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (light grade) with all fittings, fixed complete to wall / ceiling or laid in floor complete, as in repairs, all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair test point terminal block, made of gun metal or phosporous beonze of size 75 mm X 75 mm X 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia and 25 mm long hex screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair junction box made out of 2 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet including applying two coats of syntheic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, duly spray painted, of size not less than 20cm X 20cm X 15cm with locking arrangements and provision of earthing strip entry and exit, fixed on walls with GI bolts, nuts and washers (of suitable size) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F copper strip 20 mm X 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, fixed on porcelain insulator @ 1.0 m spacing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Porcelain insulators wil be measured and paid seperately)

S&F galvanised iron strip 32 mm X 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, fixed on porcelain insulator @ 1.0 m spacing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Porcelain insulators wil be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested and approved maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Ally coated), zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250 microns). Earthing system shall conform to IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3 mm and 26.4 mm dia, 3 metres length, zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300 mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes shall be filled up with Compact Fill (CF) crystalline conductive compound. The Compact Fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes necessary Excavation and earthwork for pits and returning and fillings complete by electrodite/ conductolite back fill comound (Ground enhancer). The back fill compound should be eco friendly and should not contain environmentally hazardous materials/metal having RoHS certification from NABL accredited lab. CONTD........

Earth used shall be free from any foreign materials/chemicals to fill the excavated Pits by mixing the same with BFC (as required by not less than 50 Kg) including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregates and RCC pre-cast cover slab of size 450 x 450 x 50 mm in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates, reinforced with and including 8.0 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways or FRP pit cover complete all as specified and directed. (NOTES :- 1) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/test point shall not be more than 01 Ohm. 2) The work shall be carried out by authorised trained rep of the OEM or experienced workmen as approved by GE.)
