Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc with and including taking out existing roof treatments & M&L for 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces , finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof incl water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying of water proofing treatment of roof APP (Atactic Polyproplyllen) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, super thermply non woven polyester mat reinforcement of 160 gsm, weight of membrane @ 3.6 Kg/Sqm over a solvent based bitumen primer @ 0.3 Ltr Sqm by the same manufacturer conforming to IS:3384-1986 , The membrane shall be laid using bitmun torch.The end lap should be 100 mm and the side lap must be minimum 75 mm the membrane shall be first laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shall be overlapped with another membrane (flashing) with an overlap covering up to a distance of 300mm. In case parapet height is less than/ up to 500 mm, membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet.All rain water pipe opening shall be suitably sealed with the APP membrane all as specified and directed. (The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (shalcrate 42) before laying cement plaster)

Demolition of cement conc of any description in any position and M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab for providing proper slope 1:40 and approx thickness 75mm or less and finished the surfaces even and smooth wihtout unsing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Clean existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc complete and providing applying two coats of rust remover and two coat of alkaline rust converting primer/zinc primer and form a corrosion resitant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats use.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing incl 75mm butt hinges. Note : Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screw holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for long life)

S&F Factory made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) with 5 mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face and 5 mm prelam PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood plain framed, panelled (factory made) shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices plasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil & gressy spots etc and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall including curing after applying each coat complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of old PVC wall lining, preparation of surface, S&F solid PVC Wall lining consisting of 5mm thick printed colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on pvc frame as per specifications and drawings and S&F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down of old PVC sheet fillets, S&F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for remove all loose gravel cement mortar, dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application loose existing bituminous material manually and with heal torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints & cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty tarplasic having penetration after setting upto 8mm Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch cold applied, Bituminous Motor & Cold emulsion cum waterproofing liquid Shalikote T-10, Created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make of approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ration of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (As per surface conditions). Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make of approved by GE having elongation 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no dilation of water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm per Sqm. * Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/Fibre mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. * Allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 Hrs. * Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm per Sqm in opposite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller. * Allow it to dry for 10-12hrs after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm per Sqm.

Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/carrying out any further work,. Conduct ponding test after min 7 day applying two coats of U V Resistant Elastomeric Exterior Acrylic Weather resistant water proof coating of Shalicryl-215 or equivalent make of approved by GE having elongation of 300% after curing of 14 days conforming to ASTMD-6083—for U V Protection of Bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic Emulsified Liquid Membrane of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make of approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight.
