M&L for premium quality non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7- 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar (1:6 ) complete all as specified .

M&L for premium quality glazed ceramic tiles 450x300 x 6-7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on wall complete all as specified .

M&L for vitrified ceramic coloued tiles 10 mm thick, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 sqm in floors, set and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick scarred bed in cement mortar 1 :6 complete all as specified.

All as per sl item No. 6 hereinbefore but, on vertical surfaces over and incld 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3. Complete all as specified.

M&L for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed/moulding and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20mm screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:4 all as specified.

M&L for laying 40 mm thick brick tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM (1:4). The cement mortar screed shall be fixed with polymer based liquid water proofing additive as per manufacturer's instructions and tile joints shall be filled with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with crude oil complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for laying 40 mm thick brick tiles (Except Tiles) over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM (1:4). The cement mortar screed shall be fixed with polymer based liquid water proofing additive as per manufacturer's instructions and tile joints shall be filled with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with crude oil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old serviceable tiles shall be reused in work. WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Raking out joints of the terracing laid flat and bedded in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to bricks, laid flat or brick tiles in pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Note : - (i) Builders Hardware shall measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A' . (ii) Only weight of aluminium section shall be measured and paid. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by the Govt on this account. (iii) Thickness of section shall not be more than 2mm.

S&F for aluminium grills of size exc 5mm x 7.5mm and aperture n. exc 80mm incl fixing with aluminium hannel 1mm thick with steel screw and tint match with existing complete all as specified.

NOTE:- Site clearance of materials- All demolished material obtained from dismantling/demolition items shall be deposited at place shown by Engr-in-charge properly spread and levelled and site to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge otherwise panel recovery to a sum of Rs. 10000.00 be deducted from dues without any prior intimation.
