Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specifie size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (Including All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including cost of bitumen, All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 120 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. (Including cost of bitumen, All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 120 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. (Including cost of bitumen, All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.
