Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus un-useful material to acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. A recovery of useful stone for 448.24 cum (Four hundred forty eight decimal two four ) cubic metre @ Rs. 170/- (Rupees one hundred seventy only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in each running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation retaining walls, breast walls and like substructures etcetra complete as per drawings nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size including cost of form work and curing complete without plum as per HPPWD specification complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment , wing walls and return walls complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8. with Granular Material and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 110mm ( One hundred ten ) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² ( four kilogramm ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) ( one vertical : twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-chrage. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four Millimetres) diametre G.I. wire confirming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mmx 100mm ( one hundred into one hundred millimetres )mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % (Ten Percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighting not less than 25 kg.( Twenty five Kilogram )each as per drawing and technical specificifications clause 1301 and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-chrage. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm ( three hundred milimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface with scarifing machine upto to a depth of 150 mm (one hundred fifty milimetre) and disposal of scarified material as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN ( eighty into hundred )weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetra as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per square metre on prepared bituminious and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 50 mm( Fifty Millimetre) thick bituminous macadam using Bitumen VG-30 with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 (One hundred to one hundred twenty)TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler specified material using VG-30 ( Thirty) at the rate 5.4 (five point four ) per cent of mix prepared with addition of silane Nanotechology (ZycoTherm) at the rate of 2% ( two percent) by weight of bitumen in bitumen and filler as per job mix formula, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 80mm (Eighty millimetre) heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks manufactured by the help of Hydro vibratory machine having compressive strength of M-40 (M-Fortyy) grade as per IS-15658-2006. (N.T.C. make National Tile Corporation Nitco make including border or curve block grey or coloured. The paver shall be laid on 30mm (Thirty millimetre) sand filling compacted as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in substructure and open foundation for all type of structures complete of plain cement concrete nominal M-15 (M-Fifteen) mix 1:2.5:5 (One cement : two and half sand : five stone aggregate) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
