Removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based Putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand & manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (Two or more coats) excluding applying a priming coat with cement primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. (Steel/Wood/Plastered surface).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 30 mm thick including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth and in superstructure upto floor V level inCement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand). All work upto floor V level.

Steel work in built up section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position,making holes and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. In grating, frames, angle posts, railings, gate and similar work etc including applying a coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

P&F Ist quality 300x300/400 x 400 mm size Ceramic Floor tiles of approved make (Somany/ Orient/Kajaria) & colour as required including the cost of tiles, fixing the tiles over 20mm thick base mortar (1:4) or with adhesive as required (including tucking/racking of floor), finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete. Nothing extra on account of wastage shall be paid.

P/F 1st quality 250 x 330 mm/ 250 x 375 mm Ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS of min. thickness 5mm of approved make Somany / Orient / Nitco/Kajaria) and colour/shades as required on walls/ Dados etc . as required over 12mm thick bed of C:M 1:3 & jointing with Grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg /sqm including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete including dismantling the old plaster and preparing the surface. Nothing extra on account of any wastage lead and lift etc. shall be paid.

Providing and fixing Water Closet squatting Pan (Indian Type WC pan) Orissa pattern white vitreous china WC pan of size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests (Hindware/Parryware/Cera) with 100mm C.I P or S Trap, including cost of Cement concrete 1:2:4 platform of required size, 10 ltr. low level PVC flushing cistern (Hindware/Parryware/Cera) with manually controlled device (Handle Lever) with all fittings, C.P brass angle valve ( Parko / Chilli / Jainco), brackets etc. 32 mm flush pipe with fittings, PVC Connection pipe 15mm nominal bore and 45 to 60cm long complete job including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floor wherever necessary.

P&F white vitreous china pedestal type (European type/wash down type) water closet pan (Parry ware/Hindware/Cera) including providing & fixing solid plastic seat with lid (white colour) and providing and fixing low level PVC flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conf. to IS:7231 (Parryware /Hindware/Cera) 10 Liter Capacity-White in colour fitted with unplasticised PVC connection pipe 15mm nominal bore, brass end union 45 to 60cm length, G.I Inlet connection for flush pipe connecting WC pan, C.P brass angle valve (02 Nos.) 15mm nominal bore (Parko / Chilli / Jainco), C.P Jet (heavy duty) with PVC connection pipe 15mm nominal bore and 45cm to 60cm long to be fixed with European Type W.C complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid.
