Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty)by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.Qty as per Table A -1a

Providing and laying RBM having P.I not more than 6, Incl Spreading in layers not exceeding 150mm compacted thickness and consoludated by 8-10 Ton poer road roller at OMC to achive at least 908% of Max. dry density as per IS 2720 to the required and grade as per specifications with CBR value not less than 20 inl. all lead and carriage complete

WBM Grade II: Providing & Laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate stone screening and binding material including screening, sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc. complete including cost stone aggregate, screenings, kankar, moorum and red bajri etc. Base course with 63 mm to 45 mm size including stone screenings 13.2 mm size including all carriages complete job

Bituminous Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mixed material by mechanical means for all leads and lifts in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and to achieve the desired density(100mm thick).

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS 8887 using emulsion pressure distributor i/c preparing of surface and cleaning with mechanical broom with medium settingn bitumen emulsion on WBM/WMM @ 0.4 kg /sqm complete job i/c all costs amd carriages

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as perspecifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete asper specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity

Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binderand filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying withpaver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, leveland alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandemrollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.
