Rehabilitation Work of 1600 mm diameter old running Trunk Sewer line and the manholes for the life cycle of 50 years between Gulachin Mandir via Lohia Nagar Road to Indian Bank Picnic Spot Road in the Vikas Nagar area of Lucknow city

Supply of all kind of materials, machineries, CCTV cameras, GPR and laser system and other necessary robotic equipments required for Ground/under ground Survey and investigation, Design, technical proposal vetted from any IIT of India for Rehabilitation Work of 1600 mm diameter old running Trunk Sewer line and the manholes between Gulachin Mandir via Lohia Nagar Road to Indian Bank Picnic Spot Road in the Vikas Nagar area of Lucknow city by adopting any appropriate methodology (GRP/ CIPP/MWSL/Geopolymer etc.) of standalone structural lining system as per WRC/ASTM. The scope of work includes site survey, flow measurement, plugging of manholes by appropriate methodology, setup of required pumping arrangements with all consumables & electricity as well as truck mounted tankers for shifting of sewage from one manhole to another manhole to vacant the trunk sewer line, flow diversion through making by pass arrangement if required, desilting of sludge from the trunk sewer line and manholes, cleaning of trunk sewer line through water jetting, making pre lining videography through CCTV Cameras having 4k quality, preparation of condition assessment report of RCC pipe of existing sewer line after getting actual section through ultrasonic or any other appropriate latest technology suggested by the any IIT, preparation and submission of vetted technical proposal comprising application methodology for rehabilitation of trunk sewer line for the life cycle of 50 years based on the condition assessment report. The rehabilitation of the trunk sewer line shall be done after getting approval of the methodology from the employer. After completion of the lining works the post lining videography shall also be done. The lining work includes any kind of curing/ steam recirculation etc required as per requirement of adopted methodology. The scope of work includes the disconnection of branch sewer lines and its reinstatement after completion of work with dewatering arrangements of its sewage upto the disposal points, construction of necessary manholes required as per necessity of work, dismantling of road, excavation, disposal of surplus earth including carting and its re-carting after completion of work, mechanical compaction of the earth in the trench or pit. After completion of the work and Post lining CCTV report, the sectional testing shall be done including all necessary equipments and supply of water. After successfully testing and completion of work, the commissioning process will be initiated. During the construction activity, permanent M.S. barricading, traffic diversion, lighting and sign boards shall be installed till the completion of the work. Any kind of equipments, such as super sucker machine, jetting machine, silt cleaning machine, air blowers, all safety and security equipments required as per the norms establish by the Government of India and Government of U.P. for similar kind of works. The scope of work includes of temporary or permanently shifting of any kind of water pipe line, sewer line, drainage line, electric poles, electric cables, gas pipe line, telephone cables and other underground utilities aligning in the work with all material, labour and T&P etc required. The all works shall be completed including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, for proper completion of works as per direction of Engineer In-charge.

Supply of all materials and equipments required for installation of Passive type carbon filter standalone/pipe Away/Manhole Coal based catalytic type carbon of the reputated make approved by the employer for odorous gasses including procurement, installation with material and labour etc. complete. These equipments shall be handed over to the department after completion of the works.

Battery operated level sensor with wireless communication including dataloggers, app etc. complete of the reputated make approved by the employer suitable for communication at remote location with following specifications-level 0-6 meters, Accuracy +/- 0.2 %, IP 68 including procurement, installation with material and labour etc. complete.

Supply of all material T&P required for Reinstatement of PWD road at different locations (other than the road reinstatement required for rehabilitation of the trunk sewer line which is in the scope of work and its costs is included in the item no 1) according to the direction of Engineer Incharge. This specific work has been provisioned and shall be done only after getting written concent of the employer. The specification of this work shall be according to the letter no 4123/R-1/2023 dated 19.06.2023 of E.E., PD, PWD Lucknow.
