132 KV Bay Erection work

Erection of main and auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of isolators CTs, PTs, LAs and all other equipments. The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nuts, bolts, washer etc. from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flats and spring washer with each bolt Matching of holes, cutting, matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor with out any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply & Fixing of U bolted type Single Tension Fitting Aseembly with Turn Buckle, Suitable for ACSR Panther/Moose Conductor(07 No each) and 132 KV Bus bar insulator comprising 10 No. 70KN Disc insulator including complete with Hardware fitting, D sackle, Socket Eye, BallHook, Yoke Plate, D-Clip, Tension Clmap etc. As per Technical Specification and sample.

Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments and technical specifications including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Cutting straightening bending laying 800mm below in side ground and above ground of following size of MS flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure & equipment structure etc. including welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed excavation of trenches, its back filling, painting and all other associated work as required complete the work satisfactorily excluding the cost of MS flat.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipment marshalling boxes/junction box etc, in switchyard as per cable schedule, its sadding at every 750mm distance with MS saddles of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

132 KV bay Jumpering work between all equipment and Bus by ACSR Panther and Moose conductor including cutting laying fixing and proper tightening with the help of skilled labour and T&P.

Making of Delta earthing for 132 KV LA's of fabrication of delta set 06 Nos.with 40mm/36mm dia. size 3 Mtrs. Long electrodes its placing inside the earth below 0.8 mtr. deep including excavation and refilling of soil and connecting all the six electrodes with 75x10mm M.S flat 800mm deep by Cutting Straightening, bending, welding & laying of MS Flat/MS round.

Supply & fixing of 120 watt LED street light latic structure or 132 & 33 KV GI pipe bracket complete, LED light with high power LED and unified lux value up to ensure uniform light distribution, luminaries single piece aluminum body suitable for 120-watt LED on GI pipe bracket complete in all respect including cost of lamp internal control gear Cat-"A" Philips/Havells make. This work including cable connection and all other associated work to complete the job as per technical specification including cost of man, material & T&P etc.

Providing and fixing of junction box of size 400x190x95 mm made of SMC (Sheet mounding compound) Sintex or Equivalent make ISI mark with the help of brackets duly fixed with structure by nuts and bolts. The box consists of 01 No. 6 Amp. MCB havells/L&T make, glands and Bakelite terminal strip of 08 Nos terminal both should be fixed in the box duly connected with cables. (Connection power cable will be provided by department)

Supply and fixing of '2' dia MS Pipe of B class 1.2 meter long filled at latic structure suitable for 120 watt LED street light luminaries

Laying of 2x2.5/4x2.5 sq mm PVC cable 50cm. Blow the ground level in PVC conduct pipe after excavation and back fitting including all labor PVC pipe etc.

Fixing of outdoor 3 phase Ac Supply cubical box of size 1200x600x500mm duly painted with synthetic enamel paint 4 No aluminum insulated bus bar for AC distributional and single phase double MCB of rating 16 Amp 12 No & 100A MCB Isolator -01 No. & fixing of 30No. Terminal block of rating 16 Amp Cubical box of 16 SWG sheet in double shutter with indoor locking arrangements with wiring of proper size and phase indicator(Lighting distribution Board will be provided by Department) .

Fixing, testing and commissioning of 415 V ACDB suitable for 132KV Substation(ACDB will be provided by Department).

Stringing of 132 KV 3 Phase jack bus bar of single ACSR Moose/Zebra/Panther Conductor (1 Job for each phase bus bar per section).Above job also include hoisting of Disc insulator and shifting of material & tensioning,clamping, jointing etc to complete the job satisfactorily.

Extension and Stringing of 132 KV 3 Phase Main bus bar of single ACSR Moose/Zebra Conductor (1 Job for each phase bus bar per section distance approx 12 meter).Above job also include hoisting of insulator,fitting of all necessary hardware and shifting of material & tensioning,clamping, jointing etc to complete the job satisfactorily.

Providing fixing and inistallation of sign board of 3 ft×2.5 ft duly made of 2mm thick GI plate painted with red oxide primer with two coating and then yellow bright and shining yellow paint and painted with black letter the name of bay as directed by site engineer. Board shall be provided with back support frame of size 35mm×35mm×5mm with provision of 2 leg for grouting duly painted with black enamel paint complete with all respect to be grouted with casting with CC foundation.

Earthmat Extention and Strenthining Work at 132 KV S/S Etmadpur, Agra

Work includes Laying of earthmat in the extended switchyard of the substation along with connecting the newly laid earthmat with the exisiting earthmat as per details below:

Fabrication of 3 mtr long electrode with 40mm dia Ms Round bar having 150mm long conical shape by due cutting straighting etc. and then piercing it vertically inside the ground with top 700mm below the ground level including shifting of MS round bar from the storage place at substation to switcyard

Laying of 40mm Dia MS round bar, 700mm below the ground level by due cutting straighting welding,painting excavation of trenches,backfilling of trench after laying of earthmat include shifting of MS round bar from storage place to switchyard

Making of 150mm long lap joint of above laid 40mm dia round bar to conect with existing earth mat of substation by due cutting straighting welding etc.

Making of 150 mm long lap jpint of above laid 40mm dia round bar by due cutting straighting welding etc.

Making of cross joint of above laid 40mm dia MS round bar 700mm below the ground level by due welding at all four corners including provifing and welding od suitable size 4 No of MS angle pieces on opposite corner of cross joint

Making of MS joint of above laid 40mm dia MS round bar with top of already vertically peirced MS electrode 700mm below ground level by due welding

Boring with 150 mm dia casing pipe to a probable depth of 21.0 meter long from ground level with skilled and unskilled labour including all T&P, boring apparauts and supervision charges etc. required for proper completion of work. Inserting 40×6 mm G.I. flat in horizontally on ground and bolting the G.I. flat with 150 mm long 75×6 mm copper plate conical piece on and then bolting the G.I. flat with G.I. pipe in such a way that copper flat remains in contact with the pipe. Lowering of 6.0 meter long G.I. pipe with conical copper Plate connected and a bottom along with G.I. sockets along with 40×6 mm G.I. flat runing inside the pipe by making 150 cm lap joints 75 mm above ground level. Taking out 40×6 mm G.I. flat from the upper end of pipe by making a cut of 45 mm wide up to a depth of 50 mm in upper portion of G.I. pipe and providing 01 no. cap type G.I. socket on upper threaded portion of pipe for water pouring in the pipe at contractor Fabrication of M.S. electrodes out of 32 mm dia M.S. round 3.0 meter long having 150 mm long conical shape. Excavaton of pit of size 2.00M×2.00M×1.50M driven of M.S. electrodes of 40 mm dia 3.0 mtr long in the earth on three corner of the pit equal distance of 2.0 mtr long keeping the top of electrode 50 cm above the pit ground level. Welding of 40 mm M.S. round pieces of 3 mtr long on all three sides of electrodes and 15 cm below of top of electrodes by 8 Nos. U-type clamp of 50×6 mm M.S. flat connecting a piece of 3 mtr long 40×6 mm G.I. flat on opposite side of squre welding of 40×6 G.I. flat on opposite M.S. electrode driven in ground and connecting the 40×6 mm G.I. fla. (Only M.S. round & M.S. Flat shall be supplied by the department) (G.I. Pipe, G.I. Flat, Copper Plate, Coal, Salt, Nut & Bolt shall be arrnage by the contractor).
