Dismantling of MS Storage Tanks (02Nos.) from existing base as follows 1. Disconnecting the Storage Tanks from existing Pipe line of pumping equipments using tools and tackles etc. 2. Shifting of storage tank by involving crane to desired place, as per directions of site engineer. 3. Reconnecting the tanks to existing Pumping units using tools tackles etc. for temporary restoration of water supply.

Providing and fitting of, Ductile Iron double flanged, non-rising spindle soft seated glandless gate/ sluice valves as per IS14846 for regulating the water supply. The body and bonnet of the valve shall be of ductile iron, wedge with fully vulcanized EPDM rubber (Approved for drinking water) and NBR seal. The Gate/Sluice valve shall be compatible for buried applications and shall be safe to install in both horizontal and vertical positions It shall have electrostatic epoxy coating (approved for drinking water) both inside and outside of the valve. The valve shall be supplied along with hand wheel. Cost on account of Nuts, bolts, gaskets, and Flanges etc. required for the job is included in the scope of work. The job includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. M.S flanges perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valve which shall be fitted with GI Pipe line at appropriate spots as per site requirement. The job includes the cost on account of P/F of nuts, bolts and gasket required for the job.

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of 90-120-degree bend/elbow and flanged on both ends to make it leak proof. The flanges shall be M.S Flanges conforming to BIS 6392/1997 and welded on both sides. The job includes nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. as per site requirement.

ND :- 80MM(C-Class)

Providing, fitting and welding of blind flanges as per IS 6392 of with nominal sizes of 80mm .The job includes nuts, bolts, gaskets etc.as per site requirement.

Providing, fitting and welding of flanges as per IS 6392 with nominal size of 80mm to be utilised in new pipeline after shifting of MS Storage tanks to desired place using tools tackles etc. The job includes nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. as per site requirement.

Disconnecting the tank from the temporary place by using skilled labour and shifting tank to its original place (on RCC block laid by the concerned department) by using lifting crane. Reconnecting the tanks for permanent restoration of water supply.

Shifting of M S liner along with base plate, gantry and other accessories from its existing place (for placement of RCC by the concern civil department) by way of: 1.Extracting the liner from existing place by using labours, Tools Tackles etc. 2.Shifting of liner along with base plate, gantry and other accessories by using labour, tools tackles etc. 3.Fitting of MS liner back to its existing place for permanent restoration of water supply by using labour, tools tackles etc. 4.Refitting of Base plate, gantry and repairing of steel stairs by using labour, tools tackles. The job includes nuts bolts and welding of different items as per site requirement.
