RequiredThe bidder should have submit the Scheduled Castes Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

RequiredThe contractor belonging to the Schedule Castes shall be domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 Years. Domicile Certificate issued by Competent Authority and till valid.

RequiredTo qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 Achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover amount should be as per bid document. Annual Turnover Certificate, Profit and loss A/C sheet from CA.

RequiredTo qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 Satisfactorily completion as a prime contractor for at least any construction work of value should be as per bid document. Work Done Certificate from Executive Engineer or Equivalent.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Work done amount and financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26

GST paid separately.

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

Bidders should abide to all the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Bid Document attached

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake.

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt., orders as may be modified from time to time.

Bidder has to quote rates excluding GST, GST shall be paid separately as per applicable.

All the Work done certificate uploaded should include E-procurement indent number.
