RequiredEMD in the form of Treasury Challan Deposit at Call Receipt FDR Account payee Demand Draft Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank e-transfer through bharatkosh. gov. in by selecting urban development and poverty alleviation, under EMD head by further selecting PAO -043144,PAO(NDZ), CPWD, MOUD, New Delhi. (Note EMD Should be in favour of Executive Engineer, CVPD-2, CPWD, NEW DELHI)
RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated)
RequiredCopy of GST Registration Certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. Refer NIT Page No 4 point No (iii)
RequiredCopy of enlistment order of CPWD contractor in appropriate class (Building and Road) category.
RequiredCopy of PAN Card
RequiredValid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class. (Undertaking Form Enclosed Pg.07)
RequiredNote-The lowest bidder is required to produce original document on or before or at the time of submission of performance Guarantee Money which are uploaded by the bidder at the time of bid submission otherwise Performance Guarantee Money shall not be accepted and EMD shall be forfeited.
Eligibility Documents
RequiredAny other eligibility document as per NIT.
RequiredCopy of enlistment order and other documents as specified in the tender documents for eligibility shall be scanned and uploaded to the e-tendering website within the period of bid submission.
RequiredCopy of enlistment order of CPWD contractor in appropriate class (Building and Road) category.
RequiredCopy of GST Registration Certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder.
