Filling in foundation & plinth with sand including watering & ramming etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4cm size h.g.b. hand broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry with ramming watering and curring etc. complete including cost, taxes, royalty convence charge of all material to worksite, supply of cement T&P required etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size black C.B. hand broken chips of approved quality from approved quarry with ramming watering and curring etc. complete including cost, taxes, royalty convence charge of all material to worksite, supply of cement T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Brick work with K.B. Brick 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerrance + 8% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth etc. complete as per the Engineer-incharge.

12mm cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Rigid smooth centering & shuttering for R.C.C. Works walls & fins including false work & dismateling then after including cost of materials in ground floor complete an directed by the Engineer-incharge.

R.C.C. work in C.C. (1:2:4) including hoisting & laying & curring for 28 days using 12mm. Size clean black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality and from approve quarry including cost taxes conveyance charges of all materials to the worksite with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Labour charge for M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending & typing the grills & placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 guage per Qntl. Including cost of HYSD Steel Bar (FE 415/ FE 500)

Cement punning over plastering including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Filling the foundation and plinth with excavated material as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

White washing 3 coat with approve good stone lime including cost conveyance charges of materials including supply of labour, gum, indigo etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Writing charge of required information and data on both side of the transperancy pillar including supplying of approved paints and required material for writing etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Fitting of un plasticised 250mm dia PVC Pipe for following inside dia mtr. for all classes of pipe including jointing the pipe with solvent cement by non-head application method including fitting and fixing of required no. of PVC Tee for outlet and PVC Shaddle and PVC Riser nipple for fitting air valve, equal Tee etc. complete including conveyance pipe from village to worksite and testing of pipe line etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Supply of solvent cement of approve quality for joiniting of PVC Pipe with all cost and all tax etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Labour charges for installation of 10HP Motor including fitting & fixing of base frame, fitting & fixing suction and delivery pipe to motor, NR Valve, Foot Valve, Sluice Valve and other fitting materials including cutting, welding and construction of supporting pillar etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Fabrication of special joint including cutting and welding of pipes out of M.S. pipe / 100mm dia G.I.pipe including welding of flange at one end and other end suitable for connection to delviery pipe lines of pump sets including cost of cutting and welding, materials and fitting it in proper alighmentwith the deivery pipe line of pump sets etc. complete.

Electrical installation with electrical materials such as PVC tape, ampere tape, 7/20 PVC copper wire, 3/20 PVC copper wire, G.I. flexible conduite pipe, No.6 G.I. wire, copper cable socket, G.I. socket and flange and petty materials required for electrical installation. All materials should be as per IS.

Construction of outlet at Tank

Electrical Earthing including all materials as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

100 mm Ø nominal bore G.I. pipe having wall thickness 4.5 mm electrical resistance welded of medium class confirming to IS - 1239 (pt-1 of 2004) with socketed at one end and the other end protected with plastic thread protector. The socket confirming to IS-1239 (pt-II/1992) with latest amendmewnts in random length of 4 to 7 mtrs. Each pipe should bear ISI certification & manufacturers name / Trade mark.

It includes the cost of sockets in case of plain ended pipe. PDI test are to be condcuted and should be marked on body of each pipe and report is to be obtained from CIPET, Bhubaneswar necessary approval of authority including transportation to work site in complete shape.

Base frame for panel (size 0.40mx0.20m) made with 3" size M.S. channel having suitable holes for fitting of panel Board, coloured with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of smokes grey enamel paint & Base frame for motor (size 0.50mx0.27m) made with 3" size M.S. channel having suitable holes for fittings of different size and make 3 phase centrifugal monoblock pump set from 10 H.P. to 15 H.P. coloured with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of smoke grey enamel paint.
