Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole etc. including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for pole etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of steel tubular electric poles 9.0 mtr long with with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces approved colour and quality including marking and painting with grey and blue colours strips with synthetic enamelled paint on intervals of 150 mm apart upto a height of 1.5 mtr from the coping level and marking of Pole Number with letter like " MES LT No " all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking out LT UG cable of any type and size from trenches/ walls etc.

S & F in repair PVC FRP junction box with 01 No MCB SP of 6 Amp fixed on existing pole with clamp, nut & bolt connections including removing dismantling of unserviceable pole box and MCB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor 2x 2.5 sqmm+1x1.5 sqmm earth wire in PVC conduit from fitting through the bracket to DB box all as specified and directed. Note: 2 run of 2.5sqmm, 1 run of 1.5 sqmm and 20mm PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

S & F in repair GI pipe medium grade 50 mm dia, for cable protection, road/drain crossing etc complete.

M&L preparation of old painted surface including cleaning the surface of the RCC pole (HT) above the ground level incl coping area with 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surface including 12 cm width black paint around the pole, numbers/letters in white columns all as directed.

carryingout maintenance of 11KV/440V transformer including the following works for 500 KVA capacity as follows : (a) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, cleaning inside, scraping complete all around parts of the transformer. (b) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket,nut,bolts,refilling with transformer oil including elecric connection testing and commissioning complete. NOTE :- i) supply of new oil will be measured separately. ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket and minor weldings /patch work are deemed to be included in the rate quoted iii) The rate for transport to the maintenance workshop and lifting of transformer by crane will be measured seperately.

S & F in repair temperature gauge dial thermometer with a bimetal sensing system suitable size for transformer of any capacity. Make - Precimeasure controls or equivalent make

Supply & fixing oil level indicator glass of existing size of the transformer of any capacity including replacement of allied gaskets complete and draining out transformer oil from conservator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for fixing of lugs on LT cable to connecting on LT side bushing by removing old lugs fixed on LT bushing complete for 95 to 400 Sqmm 3.5 core cable all as specified.

Dismantling the defective alternator of any capacity from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to approved / authorised / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assy rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer and applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same position, carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete. Note : - (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces. (b) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge to achieve designed parameters.

Dismantling the radiator assy from the DG set of 35 to 50 KVA capacity carefully for necessary repair , soldering the cooling tube if found weak /leakage , cleaning properly , replacement of nuts , bolts , rubber mounting bushes etc and refixing at the same site including testing on completion.

M & F for opening the alternator assy of any capacity from the existing foundation and Engine after removing all electrical connections, taking out the Field winding, transporting to approved / authorised / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the Field coil stator assy rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer and applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same position, carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete. Note : - (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces. (b) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge to achieve designed parameters.

Dismantling and taking out the defected Electromagnetic speed Governor unit with fuel injector pump assy from the DG set, transport to authorised work shop, cleaning the Fuel injector, Nozzle, calibration in test bench re-assembling into the DG set with necessary new gaskets/ nut, bolt and washer and testing complete all as directed. Note : The cost of spares like new injector / nozzle / gasket / seal / nut, bolt and washers are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Dismantling the defective Radiator assy form the DG set of 15 to 50 KVA capacity by disconnecting all incoming and out going cooling line, transporting to the work shop cutting and taking out the all fins with cooing line replace the same size with new copper cooling line with fins by bracing work complete incl leak arrest in radiator tank by welding and sealing and re-fix the same into the old position all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair flat 6 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated and PVC Flat sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motor, 1100 volts confiming to IS: 694

M & L for opening the cylinder head of the engine and oil sump carefully for replacement of head gasket including sump gasket complete refixing the head and sump to arrest oil leakage with engine complete with proper alignment and testing the engine for 1 hrs on load to achiveve designed parameters all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of capacity 15 KVA to 35 KVA.

M & L for opening the cylinder head of the engine and oil sump carefully for replacement of head gasket including sump gasket complete refixing the head and sump to arrest oil leakage with engine complete with proper alignment and testing the engine for 1 hrs on load to achiveve designed parameters all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of capacity 35 KVA to 50 KVA.

Charges for attending break down of DG set of 35 to 50 KVA capacity by only auth OEM rep / team for fault finding incl attending repairs as and when required such as No start condition of DG and repairing, starting the DG set till smooth running and setting up the alighnment / required paramenters of all major parts such as fan belt, AVR, RPM, sencors, actuators, Engine safety units, bty chargers, AMF relays, fuel / oli levels, speed governer, Micro processor based control panel, Injector pumps etc as required in ground / as ordered by EIC all as directed. (The payment for the above shall be made to Contractors after submitting the original invoice only)
