Repairing of Crack in roof by cutting the crack surrounding in funnel shape mechanically with marble cutters and coating the grooves with epoxy rasin bonding agents like Sikadur-32 LP or similar standard product after proper cleaning of the grooves. The grooves should be cleaned from loose particles and dirt. The grooves to be filled with concrete mortar using structural bonding agenct with latex based, water resistant admixtrure like SikaLatex Power or similar standard of required quantity as per instruction of EIC. Through cleaning of the surface to be done with plenty of water.
Providing and applying water based polyurethane waterproofing membrane like Sikalastic-562 IN or similar standard product of two or more coats for waterproofing treatment of the roof with approximately 10-12 hrs drying interval and placing fibre mesh in between the coats as per instruction of the EIC. The surface is to be prepared properly with cleaning of dust, loose particles etc. and applying one coat of epoxy coating primer like Sikafloor-133 W primer or similar standard products as per direction of the EIC.
