TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS AT ICGS HUT BAY

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter (Award of contract) at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule 2020 Part-II (Rates) NOTES:- (i) The bidder shall insert the percentage in Row-15, Col-F of this BOQ and select the option ""Excess (+) or Less (-) in Row-15, Col-E of this BOQ to quote the percentage above or below SSR rates. (ii) The Estimated rate inserted by the MES in this BOQ is approximate and for reference only. Being term contract, work is priced at the rates given in the SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the Contractor in this BOQ page. The cumulative amount of work orders including quoted percentage and deviations shall not exceed the amount mentioned in Appendix 'A' to NIT.
