Sub Head : - 1 for AMC of Notifier Make Fire Alarm System Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Addressable Fire Alarm System Make Notifier Installed at NCC Bhawan, Sector 19, Rohini complete with preventive, regular and routine maintenance, repairs and alignment of all worn-out/defective spare parts required for efficient, reliable and safe operating conditions including upkeep of all system in healthy & running condition, checking of faults, monthly service visits along with repair and replacement of all defective components & periodical checking of system installed with minimum down time, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of NFS2-3030 CPU with 640-character Display; Includes: CPU, 640-Character backlit LCD display, QWERTY programming and control keypad, installation in existing fire alarm panel etc required at site making panel in operational condition etc.

Sub Head : - 2 for Servicing and Replacement of Sub Station equipment Servicing of Draw out type 11 KV 800 amp, 3phase VCB from the HT panel complete, Checking of Tripping Mechanism, Greasing of moving Contacts, Cleaning of Carbon from Main Contacts, IR Value Testing with Megger + Opening & Closing VCB Testing with Time - Interval Testing Kit +Continuity Test of Poles + Contact Resistance with CRM Testing Kit, Submission of Test Report, replacement of minor spare parts such as spring, nuts bolt & washer, setting right the mechanism and reassembling, testing and commissioning etc as reqd.

Servicing of Draw out type 800 amp, ACB, 3Pole, 3 Pole, 415 volt 50 Hz from the MV Panel, complete, cleaning, lubricating of moving parts, checking & testing of wring system, Cleaning of Carbon from Main Contacts, IR Value Testing with Megger + Opening & Closing ACB Testing with Time - Interval Testing Kit +Continuity Test of Poles + Contact Resistance with CRM Testing Kit, Submission of Test Report cleaning & replacement of minor spare parts such as spring, nuts bolt & washer, setting right the mechanism and reassembling, testing and commissioning etc as reqd.

Draw out of the complete set of 2 No. over load & one each fault IDMT relay, cleaning. Checking of wiring system calibration with secondary injection test kit, setting of tripping plugs according to the load complete with testing and commissioning as reqd.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil up to 50 KV , BDV complete as reqd.

Supplying and filling of Transformer oil up to the required level of transformer etc. as reqd.

Complete servicing of P.T. assembling of 11 KV H.T. Panel cleaning all contacts, checking and tighten control wiring, checking P.T. fuse, dehydration of oil, i/c replacement of miner parts ie suitable size copper wire, thimble, PVC sleeve nut bolt, washer etc wherever, complete testing etc as reqd.

Supplying & Fixing the power pack unit of 24 Volt, DC for tripping shunt trip coil of OCB/VCB according IDMT relays of 11KV HT panel i/c control wiring with copper wire, copper thimble & assembling the existing power pack unit etc complete as reqd.

Supply and Replacement of SILIKA GEL breather with silika gel of transformer etc complete as reqd.
