Repair and maintenance on SKRN road in km 60/500 to 94/00 (SH P/L DBM and B.C work in km 83/320 to 83/560

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. including carriage of labour, material and equipments with all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing & laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to .075mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base /base course on well prepared surfaces and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to10 tonne capacity to achieve the desiresd density , complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying Dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ Min.4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects of MORT&H Specifications 2013. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads ,lifts and other incidental, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, Tol Tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using mechanical distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads ,lifts and other incidental, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, Tol Tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of bituminous concreteusing 30 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an avrage output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finishers withsensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with samooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTHspecification clause No.509 complete in all respect. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer in Charge.
