Taking down old UNSV light fitting of any type and S&F LED Bay light fitting 150 W LED, CCT not less 6500K pressure die cast aluminium housing ,heat resistance toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection LED lumen efficacy not less then 150 lumen/watt, reflector lenses for uniform light distribution on each LED complete fixed on including New bracket and provision of PVC insulated Aluminium conductor (multistranded) FR cable of 6 Sq mm size from junction box to street light in PVC conduit with clamps made out of FI 25x3mm size complete all as specified.

Note for ser no 1 to 8 of sch part 'A' :- (i) The LEDs used in the product shall be of reputed make with minimum LED efficacy of 130lm/W. The LED shall be tested with LM80-08 standard with Useful life of 50000 Hrs @ L70. The LEDs used in Street Light shall have CCT of ANSI Bin Warm White (between 5000-6500 K ) with CRI of 70. LEDs used must be tested as per EN62471 for Photobiological Safety of humans. The Input voltage range shall be 150V to 270V. The LED Street Light luminaire shall have secondary lens optics for optimum light distribution. The LED Driver shall be of isolated type with Constant Current Constant Voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED luminaire shall have minimum 3.2KV surge protection. The LED Street Light shall have power factor more than 0.95 with THD less than 10%. LED Driver Output voltage shall be less than SELV Limits for safe operation and maintenance. The driver should be fully designed and manufactured in India .The letter of Association with LED manufacturer for LEDs used in the fixture should be submitted to ensure high quality led chips are used in the fixture. LM79,LM80 and phtobiological reports should be submitted.

(ii) Bracket shall be made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for of bracket in replacement for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F three core Aluminium conductor PVC insulated cable of size 6 sqmm FR multistranded 1100 volts grade complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable ,pole foundation,stay,laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable punned down to 18cm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be considered for payment.

M&L for Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm, 2 core including taking down of old UNSV cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm, 2 core including taking down of old UNSV cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches or in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long 102mm x 152mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class 10 in replacement including dismantling of old UNSV pole , numbering new pole and applying two coats of synethic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr from top of coping with for black and white strip alternately each 30 cm wide complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earth work including excavation, Returning filing, PCC work, removing excated material will be measured and paid separetly under respective items of schedule)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation of poles filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles/coping, stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made sheet metal enclosure of suitable size out door type fabricated out of 2.4 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated dust and vermin proof having entry from lower side with cable gland for cable of size 10 Sq mm 2 core with aluminium bus bar single phase and nautral current carrying capacity of aluminium bus bar should be upto 63 Amps mounted on poreclain insulator complete with operating voltage 220 volts, 50 Hz including one number MCB of capacity 6 amp SP, 'C' curve for street light mounted in sheet enclosure prewired with minimum 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor cable with lugs including locking arrangement complete and enclosure fitting on pole with clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete or all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Automatic street light timer switch single phase 3kW, 230 V Swadeep-02EC 3 kW1P model as a pole mountable SMC enclosure consisting of Nature Switch-02 as the controlling unit, Power Contactor(s) & MCBs 25 Amps (both Input-Output) of suitable power rating and Copper wiring (min.10 sq.mm.) with proper lugs & terminal blocks. The SMC enclosure comes complete with open able door and mounting clamps. The enclosure shall be of UV stabilized, FR grade special moulding compound and Rust proof, Electric Shock proof, Termite proof, Outdoor mountable conforming to IP54 complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 41307.50) (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
