Supply of Pre-lubricated HDPE Pipe duct, 40 mm dia 33 ID as per RDSO spec. 04 RDSO/SPN/TC/45/ 2013, Rev. 2.0 Amendment-1, 2 & 3 or latest. The item also includes supply of all the accessories of HDPE duct like end caps, collars, bends, couplers etc & procurement from RDSO approved vendors. Inspection by consignee.

Laying of Pre-lubricated HDPE duct,40 mm OD, 33 ID as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013 Rev. 2.0 or latest. The item also includes installation of all the accessories of HDPE duct like end caps, collars, bends, couplers etc. Inspection by site engineer.

Drawing / Blowing of Optical Fiber Cable in PLB HDPE Duct as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by site engineer.

Boring & Trenchless cabling along with supply& insertion of self-lubricated HDPE pipe as per IS 4984:2016 (PN 6) of 110mm outer dia with 6mm wall thickness in the bore for laying of Signalling / Telecom /Power cable under track/road/culvert etc. cable laying covered separately. Inspection by consignee.

Laying of signalling / Telecom / Power cables of different sizes as per drg. No. 08 (NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97) and as per cable route plan approved by railway and meggering of cable before and after its laying of all type of outdoor cables. Meggering to be done for each drum separately. Meggering sheets to be supplied and filled up by contractor and submitted to railway. Inspection by site engineer.

Supply Installation and commissioning of maintenance free earthing system which consists of supply of earthing kit-1 set consisting of (1) Earth Electrodes of copper clad steel alloy of 09 10 feet (3mts) long, 17mm dia and copper thickness of 250 microns- 1Nos. (II) RDSO approved Earth enhancing compound in 30 kg. Pack - 01 Nos. (III) Copper tape of 25mm x 6mm x 300mm with 99% purity - 02 Nos. and another of 25 mm x 6mm x 150mm to terminate on earth electrode. The earthing material shall be supplied as per RDSO specification RDSO/SPN/197/2008 or latest and to be procured from RDSO approved vendor. Inspection by consignee.

Supply Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Full HD Fixed bullet type/Dome 10 type IP colour camera along with suitable housing, mounting arrangements and all accessories required for fixing and as per RDSO Specification No. "RDSO/SPN/TC/65/2021 Version 6.0 with Amendment No. 1, 2 & 3" or latest. Inspection by RDSO.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 4K UHD Bullet Type IP Camera along 11 with the mount. Supply, installation, testing, wiring & commissioning of Video Management & 27 Recording software with license as per RDSO Specification No. "RDSO/SPN/TC/65/2021 Version 6.0 with Amendment No. 1, 2 & 3" or latest. (Per camera license means video management (Viewing) at multiple locations such as station, RPF post & server room by same license). Inspection by RDSO.

Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of UPS (online) 5KVA as per attached specification in tender document Volume III. Inspection by RITES.

Supply and installation of covered 19" (42U) Racks of size 2200mm x 600mm x 600mm (similar to Vero president / HCL /RITTAL Make) complete with all fittings including DC Fan (48V) - 2Nos and AC power distribution panel (horizontal fitting) with power sockets and fuse 29 protection (minimum 6 Nos of 230V 15A/5Acombined) and other accessories. The body should be of high-quality cold rolled steel with wheel and caster arrangement, vented from door borders and rear doors for ventilation and reliable operation. : "Excavation of cable trench at platform/concreted surface of 120 mm wide &300 mm deep with marble cutting machine as per approved cable plan at place where cess formation 34 width does not allow, standard width/depth of trench to be dug for safety reason. Restoring surface to normal condition as prior to trenching required material will be supplied by the contractor according to excavated surface as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume- III. " Inspection by site engineer.

Cutting of platform surface Tile/slab) for a depth of 25cm and a width of 10cm and 35 refilling/reconditioning/concreting/repairing the platform after laying HDPE pipe and cable. Cutting should be done with marble cutting machine in proper manner and restore the same as before in such a manner that aesthetic of the platform is not disturbed as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by site engineer.

Supply of 6U Outdoor cabinate enclosure IP66 complied pole mount as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by consignee.

Preparation of drawing mentioning the location of cameras wiring diagrams showing clearly the STPCAT-6, OFC, Power cable OTDR test reports of OFC cable, earth resistance test 37 reports, technical details of servers, switches, workstations, media convertors, storages and submission in soft as well 3sets in printed to the consignee. A diagram of camera location either in pictorial view or in descriptive manner as decided by the officer in charge should be prepared on a suitable sheet and displayed in RPF CCTV control room as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by consignee.

Laying of UTP/OFC/CAT-6 cables in1 inch PVC conduit pipe/casing capping with 38 suitable clamping. (PVC conduit pipe/ Case Capping & other accessories are to be supplied by the contractor.) as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by consignee.

Splicing of fiber of 24/6F OFC in the joint enclouser/fiber termination box/FMS as per site requirement. as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by site engineer.

Supply of 2 Mbps Router, 2 LAN/4WAN port, 230V AC operated, asper RDSO spec. RDSO/SPN/TC/84/2008 Rev. 0 or latest, along with connecting cables, connectors etc. for connecting to the Ethernet devices,. Inspection by consignee.

Supply, installation and complete wiring of optical fibre cable termination box for 6 41 fibres complete with base housing, base mountings with fixing arrangement etc. & splicing of fibre with low loss of pigtail cables. Splice losses in no case should be more than 0.1 dB. Necessary 0dB connectors should be provided in OFC termination box as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of network management Terminals remote fault diagnostic system. Configuration Intel Coe i 7, operating system, window 11 or better as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by consignee.

Excavating & refilling of trench in normal soil to the level of ground with rammed earth asper Drg. NO.(NR/S&T/Con/1-1/97) so as not form a drain,0.3 Mts wide & 1 Mts deep on both 48 side of the station along the track. It shall confirm to the safe distance as per signalling &cable route plan in all type of soil, it also includes clearance of roots of trees & bushes. Lesser depth due to site condition shall be paid proportionately, after being decided in writing by engineer not below the rank of JAG. Inspection by site engineer.

Supply and erection of 15 feet GI pipe of 4" dia of medium quality ISI No: 1230 (Part1) 1990. Having iron base plate 10mm thick 30cm x 30cm welded at the bottom of pipe with 4 supports of iron bars of sizes 10mm dia. The 3 feet pipe shall be buried in the ground and 12 feet 49 shall be above the ground. The work includes digging of pit on platform, laying of cable in between poles in suitable underground GI pipes, erection of pole and filling the pit with 1:3:4 cement, concrete and sand. Final plastering should be done on the surface. The iron bracket on the top of the pole shall be provided to fix the CCTV camera and junction box. The work includes supply of all the material required in this item as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of G.703 & V.35 converts V.35 electrical signals into optical data stream for transport over single mode or multimode fiber optic cables as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection by consignee.

Supply and laying of 2nd class bricks in the trench and laying as per drg.No. (NR/S&T/CON/1.5/97) .Inspection by consignee.

Casting, concreting and curing of foundation for main signal of size 53 (1041mmx1041mm) at bottom and (711mmx711mm) at top and 1750mm deep as per Drg. no. NR/S&T/CON/2. 1/97 all material such as anchor bolts, cement, coarse sand aggregate to be supplied by contractor as per technical specifications attached in tender document volume-III. Inspection: Site Engineer

Supply of colour light signal post with ladder & bases as per tech. spec. IRS-S-6-81 or latest of the following size: - (i) Colour light signal post 3.6m and ladder 3.5M for all other signals except main line str. & home signal. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of colour light signal unit complete without signal transformer as per RDSO Specification no. IRS: S-26/64 or latest. Tech. specn. of the following type: - (i) 2 Aspect colour light signal unit. Inspection -consignee.

"Fixing of CLS surface base, bolting on the foundation. Erection of CLS post with signal unit on the top or on an offset bracket and fitting ladder and guard to the post at the top. Concreting ladder base and embedded into the ground with supporting bracket in the middle, blanking of the ladder for a distance of 1 feet between the height 6' 9" and 7' 9" from the rail level by MS angle and MS sheet 6mm thick wherever required. This includes provn. Of wooden (Sal) cross arm 1 mtr x 1 mtr. for CLS unit prior to the commissioning, fixing of LED aspect, current regulator 56 and hoods of CLS unit, terminating cables, wiring the CLS unit and focusing the signal. Elevation & distance of foundation from track shall be in accordance with schedule of dimension for Indian Railways published by Govt. of India and approved drawings. All items for the above work shall be supplied by the contractor (except the items which are covered separately elsewhere in the schedule) including but not limited to the following items. (i) "U" bolt for offset brackets. (ii) Wooden cross arm 1 mtr. x 1 mtr. (iii) MS angle and MS sheet for blanking of ladder. Installation, erection and wiring of LED lit calling-on/shunt signal on the same post below main signal on offset bracket. Which also includes fixing of stencil and hoods, wiring and 58 focussing of the signal.
