Chemically Descaling of Condenser Units by circulating chemical (SCALE-2) with the help of descaling pump and cleaning each copper tube with the nylon brush.
Servicing of condenser Motor, work including varnishing the startar, Changing ball bearing and greasing complete in all respect.
Servicing of Condenser Pump, Working including a) Dismantling the pump from foundation and housing. 'b) Opening the coupling of pump from motor shaft. 'c ) Aligning shaft of pump & motor. 'd) Changing both side ball bearing. 'e) Refilling the gland with Teflon thread. f) Installing new cast iron gland piece. g) Changing the seal. h) Refilling the grease. i) Charging Lubricant oil up to required level. j) Changing SS Bush of shaft. After Overhauling of pump, installing the pump on base foundation and attached with housing , alignment of pump shaft with Electric Motor.
