Supply and fixing in repairs , glands of size 10 mm all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge

Supply and fixing in repairs, 3/8'' white suction/discharge PVC tubing suitable for decrin Dosing pump of existing make all as directed

Supply and fix MS sheet cover for under ground sump manhole of size 600x600x6 mm with locking arrangement including MS bolt grouted in PCC and all fixing arrangement all as directed by Eng-in-charge

Material and labour for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate ) in foudations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Taking down old U/S HPSV/HPMV/CFL/hanger light/Blastpen light/flood light/Aviation obstruction and High mast light type fitting after disconnexcting electric connection of any capacity from pole/building all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement 16 sqmm 4 Core LT , XLPE insulated (heavy duty) PVC elecric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 volte grade , cross-sectional area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of 1.5/2.0TR capacity window/split type AC disconnect from electric connection and open suction & dicharge pipe from outer unit , such as removing/ scrach dust with iron brush,cleaning condessor unit,compressor,cooling coil/cleaning of fan blade/ cleaning of filter of inner unit etc,including(check thermostate,startingcapacitior,runningcapacitor) with water & air blower, at the site and reinstall at the same place including Re-filling of refregerent Gas as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down/up defective AC (Window/Split Type) 1.5 TR Capacity, Transportation from MES Store Yard/Site to Workshop and Back including re-fixing /re-installing after taking out defective/burnt rotary type Compressor Sealed Unit and providing new Compressor of same Capacity from Authorised Dealer including Flushing of Condenser and Charging with required quantity of appropriate Refrigerant Gas including re-connection of Electric Connections, functioning AC complete in all respect and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Re-installation and re-commissioning Air Conditioner (1.5TR, 2.0TR) split type/window type AC (1.5/2.0) TR electric driven (single phase) comprising for split type AC one inner unit, one outer unit with servicing and installed at site including making connection with copper tubes from inner unit to outer unit including filling of refrigerant gas as required and electrically connecting up and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel stand as per existing for testing AC Window type/Split type 1.5 to 2.0 TR capacity, grouting with Brick wall with Mild steel expandable bolts with steel rawl plug including making good walls in cement mortar (1:3) as required including Dismantling old unserviceable mild steel stand for AC’s complete all specified and as directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
