Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed. (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominla size) Crushed. (Including all carriages and leads).

Half brick masonary with bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). In foundation and plinth. Crushed. (Including all carriages and leads).

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix. 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) (Including all carriages and leads).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mmthick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate crushed. (Including all carriages and leads).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) finished without floating coat of neat cement inclduing cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete . 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (Crushed) (Including all carriages and leads).

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form far:-

In foundations, Footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm wide.

Suspended floors , roofs, landings , balconies and access platform

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete . Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars .

Structural steel work welded in built up sections of truss and frame work including cutting hosting fixing in position ( angle irons , channels and M.S. plates) and applying priming coat of steel primer.

Providing/fixing & straightening the Barbed wire in 5 Horizontal lines & 2 diagonals inter woven with hotizontal wires of barbed wire (@9.38 kg per 100 mtr minimum) fitted and fixing with G.I. staples turn buckles etc.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New steel work ( two or more coats)

Removal of unhygenic materials ( so classified by the site engineer) from designated sites and its disposal as per directions all inclusives.

Disposal of Mulba by Mechancial Transport to an av. distance of 5 km.
