M&L for complete removal of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (white or tinted shade) on walls , complete as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures without any extra charge. (ii) No jhoola is permitted for the work under any circumstances. (iii) During painting of window/door (wooden) window glass pane and floor/wall covered with polytheen/ tarpaulin sheet/HDPE cover without any extra charge.

M&L for 1-2 mm thick wall care putty on walls to give uniform surface completed all as specified and as directed. NOTE:-Before applying of wall care putty, Complete removing of existing treatment as directed and approved by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of concrete or brick work in two layers (10mm thick 1st layer + 5mm thick finishing layer) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions on top layer finish even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces,complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surface of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including knotting and stopping and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade), complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- During painting of window/door (wooden) window glass pane and floor/wall covered with polytheen/ tarpaulin sheet/HDPE cover without any extra charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- During painting of window/door (steel) window glass pane and floor/wall covered with polytheen/ tarpaulin sheet /HDPE cover without any extra charge.

M&L for writing letters or figures Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick quality not less than group II, straight edge, k, as on skirting , dados, walls etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by AGE (I).

M&L for non skid coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm, as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by AGE(I).

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by AGE(I).

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), with and including necessary moulding full round complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of granite shall be as directed and approved by AGE(I).

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in mortar (1:6) , complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of kota stone shall be as directed and approved by AGE(I).

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and rough in sub floor/levelling course to recieve floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) Contractor is responsible for cleaning of floor during periodical, if floor, wall, window, door and glass pane not clean by him penaulty of Rs 100.00 @ per Sqm recovered from the contractor. (ii) All T&P and safety eqpt provided to workers by the contractor, if he failed in any will be fined Rs 250/- per man per day. (iii) All staff take proper hygiene precaution and instruction followed as per order given by Stn HQ Instruction time to time. (iv) Contractor/His representative must follow proper guideline of CPHEEO (Central Public Health & Environmental Engineering Organisation.
