Preparation of cable route of buried S&T Cable using Radio Detector 8200GS or 01 similar model GPS Model and DGPS for Trench per KM for existing/new cable as per the instruction of Engineer in-incharge. Sumission of report in KMZ file formate or similar (preferably in open source software) in soft copy only along with its application sofware (if any). As per technical specification.

OFC route tracing & submission of corrected cable route plan (soft copy in CD and 02 two hard copies).Cable Route plan should contain LC gates,culverts/ bridges, joint chambers, stations, off-set, depth of cable at every 100 mtrs. as per technical specification. (Insp. By Consignee)

End to end testing of all fiber of the optical fibred cable laid under above items 03 between station/cable huts. All required equipments, tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor. "Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan, 1.0 mt. deep and 300mm wide along side the track in normal soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling after cable laying. This work includes covering of cable laid to trench by loose soil for a layer 02 of 50mm thickness after clearing of route, bushes etc. It shall be ensured that top of the cables laid is at a depth of 0.8 m or more. If it is less, then the width and depth shall be suitably increased and accordingly proportionate payment shall be made. In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions, proportionate payment will be made as per procedure. The work shall be done as per extant practice on C.Rly & the instruction of Railway engineer at site. Drg No SK 805"

Cutting of all types of Roads/platforms (except concrete type) for trenching and 04 excavation to depth of 300mmx300mm wide approx. and refilling after laying of RCC/GI/DWC pipe & to restore them to original condition. The work shall be done as per extant practice on C.Rly & the instruction of Railway engineer at site. Drg No SK 807

Digging of trench 1.0 M deep from rail flange/road level (for LC) and, 0.3 Mtr to 0.6 05 Mtrs wide and back filling after placing of DWC/RCC/GI pipe. (Placing of DWC/RCC/GI pipe coverd separately). Laying of HDPE duct in trench and its protective work as per direction of site engineer.

Laying of GI pipes in on bridges/culverts/concrete drain/ mountain ridges etc. with 07 suitable GI bend shall be provided where there is turning of pipe as per instructions of the site engineer. Where ever depth of 0.5 m cable trench is not feasible, cable shall be protected as 08 under:- Preparation of cement mixture 1:3:6 with contractor's own materials and spreading cement concrete mixture layer of 100 mm thick over the already laid cables in the excavated trench. as per instructions of the site engineer

REMOVAL OF PSC/Wooden SLEEPERS coming in the way of/route of cable trenching, signal/Location foundation/Track Crossing etc. These obstruction will be removed by contractor for ensuring proper execution of related works. as per instructions of the site engineer

Supply of HDPE pipe as per Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013 Rev-2.0 or latest 01 with OD/ID of size 40mm/33mm with suitable couplers, plugs, end caps, spacer, T band etc. as required during execution at the site. (The colour of HDPE duct shall be as per CR OFC policy) (Inspection by RITES)

Supply of 19" 42 U rack with all accessories like electrical fitting, Fan tray, Cable 02 manager, Spike buster and other etc for housing LIU, LAN Switches, Interface units, Routers etc. The rack should be of reputed make (APW/RITTAL/VALRAC K). The contractor shall provide Patch pannel & CAT 6 patch chords and other accessories required for installation within the installation cost. As per Technical Specification. (Inspection by Consignee)
