Providing 11 KV Composite line and LT Infra with street light and high mast at I.A. Sumerpur Distt. Hamirpur.

Supply and erection of Double Pole structure consisting of 410-SP-61,12 m long 245 Kg complete steel tubular pole with GI bottom to be grouted as 1/6th of overall length below ground level with 45 cm dia cement concrete plinth around the pole & 45 cm above the ground level. The foundation of underground will not be less than 20 cm thick layer of cement concrete in the ration of 1:3:6 ( cement : coarse sand : over burnt brick ballast/stone ballast). The brick ballast / stone ballast will be used of1.25 cm size with stone pad of 30X30X7.5 cm at the base. The cost includes all men and material.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV ordinary pole fitting with guarding Channel 2.24 M long instaed of Z clamps including all T&P,men and material for proper completion of work .

Supply and fixing of 11KV Disc fitting complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of 11KV pin insulator complete in all respect.

Supply & fixing of straight MS Channel 100 x 50 mm 1.15 M long complete in all respect.

Supply,sagging,tensioning,jointing and binding of ACSR Dog conductor including cost of aluminium tape binding wire and jointing sleeves complete in all respects including materiaI,men an T&P for proper completion of work .

Supply,sagging,tensioning,jointing and binding of G.I. No. 6 SWG wire as earth continuity wire complete in all respects including all materiaI labour and T&P for proper completion of work .

Supply & sagging,tensioning,jointing,binding two parallel length of G.I. no. 6 SWG wire along the span and G.I. no. 6 SWG wire across the span each at an interval of 5m for cross lacing complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge .

S/Laying of 200 mm dia MS pipe ISI marked 6 mm thick as per IS 2062 grade Fe-400 including welding etc.complete laying with Bogi method , cost of all T&P men & material for propercompletion of work complete in all respect.
