Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 and not exceeding 1000 litres and removing to store all as specified.

S&F 1000 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) in white coloured three layered ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm size ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete , complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 20 mm gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in roof covering/padding over building including water proofing treatment of any type and laid in any layers and plaster any type and thickness below including removal of debris to a distance exceeding 250 m and not exceeding 500 m from the site, complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in average 40 mm thick levelling course /padding concrete to rectify undulation and to achieve required camber, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, on roof top of building, coping, roof kerbs and over fins including benching etc. complete to receive water proofing treatment, all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement or as per manufacturers instructions, on fair faces of concrete surfaces on roof top of building including on vertical surfaces where water proofing treatment to be provided and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement using steel trowel, complete all as specified. (Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid at supply only rates separately).

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below and all as specified and as directed.

(a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection , surface washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer.

(b) M&L Applying bituminous primer on cleaned surface @ 0.40 Litre/Sq.m.

(c) M&L Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 4 mm thick, non woven, polyster, weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/Sq.m and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100 mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified & directed.

(d) M&L Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE.

(e) M&L Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 litre/Sq.m on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

(f) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following :- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product along with quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result if tested any of the independent laboratory, the testing charges shall however be borne by the contractor.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor) all as directed.

M&L Non-skid, joints free, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non-skid, joints free, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile, laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slab and tiles of any description and thickness as in floor including cement mortar screed /bedding and rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified.

M&L Prepolished machine cut Kota stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick, laid in flooring over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of Kota stone as in floor including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Prepolished machine cut Cuddappa stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick, laid in flooring / platform (in one piece) etc. over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of Cuddappa stone including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rounding the edges of stone slab of any type, in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing including connections for cleaning and re-fixing or replacement either at the same locations or other locations, complete , complete all as specified for following sizes:-

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made CPRI approved outdoor type feeder pillar box / LT panel suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz supply system and size not less than 1.50 x 1.50 x 0.5 mtr, powder coating provided with suitable to make it dust/vermin proof. The panel shall be made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, double door with front openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell be compartmentalised, front openable single door system lockable. Inner shell completely vermin proof & to accommodate incoming/outgoing MCCB's, MCB's and TPN aluminium bus & extension links.

The panel shall consist of following accessories:-

The panel shall be made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, double door with front and back openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell be compartmentalized, from openable single door system lockable. Inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming/ outgoing MCCBs and TP aluminium bus and extension links. Aluminium bus bar of capacity 500 Amps-04Nos, including neutral duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size/ rating of epoxy resin insulator all housed in suitable bus bar chamber.

M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr in deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level including connecting GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 including funnel for watering, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in pit / chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates and 6mm dia mild steel bats at 100mm c/c as in chamber cover, charcoal, salt etc complete including excavation and earth work in any strata, test point and testing on completion including filling up the earth pit with black cotton soil for best result and removal of excavated material from site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: GI earth strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr length shall be included in this item.)
