Purchase of Cassette AC (Inverter) (Strictly as per specifications of tender documents (The items should be supplied alongwith all the necessary/essential accessories as per tender documents)
Charges for Purchase of Cassette AC (Inverter) Providing and fixing of Air Cooled Cassette air conditioners each comprising an outdoor unit consisting of Inverter compressor, air cooled condensing unit, Condenser fan etc.with outer casing and indoor fan coil unit(s) consisting of centrifugal fans, fan motor, DX cooling coil, outer casing, filter, control and power panel with (cordless) remote control etc. Full charge of refrigerant gas and oil etc complete in all respect. Indoor and outdoor units shall be inter connected with insulated copper refrigerant pipe and drain pipe of required length as given, cabling and wiring, control and power cabling (priced separately). M.S. base frame, supports etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. The cost shall also include angle iron stands for outdoor units.( 2.0 T R Unit)
Refrigerant Piping for units- Supply and Installation of Interconnecting Refrigerant Piping of various sizes as required for the full functionality of the complete in all respects duly insulated with closed cell nitrile rubber as per specifications of the mancufacture -15.9 mm O.D.( insulation :13 mm), 9.5 mm O.D. ( Insulation :13mm)
Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of following sizes of rigid PVC piping complete with elbow T-Joint, socket duly supported as per specifications and insulated with 6mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insultation - 25mm Dia
Electrical Cables- Providing & fixing control cum transmission wiring of 4 core x 1.5 sqmm copper in suitable conduits between indoor and outdoor unit - 70 Rmt
Electrical Cables- Providing & fixing of electrical supply Flexible Cabling of 3 core x 2.5sq .mm copper in suitable conduits between IDU & Room DB- 50 Rmt
