Labour for Stripping of old tarfelt including layer of plaster of any description carefully from the roof surface (without damage of roof) and removing of debris outside MD land as directed including roughening surface of old concrete roofing by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with the water to remove dust complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 40 mm thick type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in padding with water proofing compound under APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt laying over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Litre / Sqm and two coats of Bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish over APP membrane. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc all as specified in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or froged into spikes framed guard bars, barred iron door ladders framed, blausters walk ways railing, framwork of water railing framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe 290 Gde -E-165etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, treating ends of posts, back of chowkhats etc, with tar or coal tar black paint, area tarred exc 0.1 sqm but n. exc 0.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- but treating small articles such as holdfasts, ends of posts, back of chowkhats, etc, area n exc 0.1 sqm each

Cutting holes in to brick wall for inserting bold fast & making good dismantled portion in cm (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1, depth exceeding half brick but not exceeding 1 brick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating, pipes, including bolts, if required hooks(stays ) heavy for large gates hook and pintle hinges large hasps and staples, chains hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters knee piece inserts two way and three way straps plate washers and similar small articles conforming to fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
