1.) Construction of Girls Toilet for PUE School at Manjini

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.upto 0.30m depth

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling Msand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Filling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Random Rubble Masonry in cement Mortar 1 : 5 for foundation and basement including necessary provision for Bond stones with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specifications.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bicks including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for curing, compacting etc., complete.

Supply & Fabrication of steel including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for etc., complete.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports for all Rcc works etc.complete

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm metal for all items including cost & conveyance and labour charges etc complete.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 20mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Distempering in two coats using oil bound distemper including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting in two coats using exterior emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats with approved quality Enamel paint over New iron work including cost & Conveyance and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply of steel doors including cost and convyance and all charges etc complete.etc complete (1.00x1.80m)

Supply of steel doors including cost and convyance and all charges etc complete.etc complete (0.75x1.80m)

Supply of RCC Jooly including cost and convyance and all charges etc complete.etc complete. (0.60x0.45m)

Providing Granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl,

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 -Part XII with sand cushion and forming the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete flooring alround 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixung of Europeon Water Closet with all fittings and 10lit capacity flusing tank

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing MS grill for lader & entrance gate as directed by deptl officers ,inclusive of the cost of MS grill and fixing in poistion ,including red oxide primer etc complete.
