Descaling of shell & tube type condenser by opening of condenser cover from both ends followed by un screwing of existing water supply line (Inlet/Out let) of any size including reconnecting properly by puttying necessary gasket after decaling is complete all as specified and directed for the following condenser including evaporating coils, housing, cleaning of air filter with chemical etc:-

(a) Condenser 26 TR – 12 AFH

(b) Condenser 30 TR at Simulator

(c) Condenser 7.5 TR at ASMS

(e) Condenser 15 TR chiller simulator

(f) Condenser 10 TR CRSS AC plant

Cleaning and de scaling of existing water supply line from FRP to cooling tower including fins of FRP of any size by un screwing , running ,joints to valves by pouring and flowing decaling liquid. The process will continue till scales are removed, including reconnection , running joints & valves etc complete all as specified and directed for following sizes of FRP:-

(a) 60 TR capacity - Simulator AC plant

(b) 15 TR capacity - Simulator chiller A/c plant

(c) 10 TR capacity - CR & SS Hanger

(d) 15 TR capacity - ASMS

(e) 39 TR capacity - Shamsher Auditorium

(f) 130 TR capacity - at WSA AC plant

(g) 52TR capacity - at 12 AF Hosp

Detection of leakage in refrigeration system by vacuuming the system, charging Nitrogen gas / Halide torch including rectification with material & labour except refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed in all respect of the following :-

(a) 10 TR capacity at CR & SS Hangar

(b) 10 TR capacity at SES AC plant

(c ) 15 TR capacity at ASMS AC Plant/Chiller simulator AC Plant

(d) 30 TR capacity at Simulator

S&F Solenoid valve 3 way pilot control type suitable for Chiller & AHU unit for Central AC Plant complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ maintenance of package type AC plant of 7.5 TR capacity each connected accessories such as compressor, Humidity control, Air handling unit, cooling tower, pump etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Maintenance of installation shall be carried out as directed. (b) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the cost of any minor spares such as Gland, Nut, bolt, washers, Gasket (gas will be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling and removing defective compressor and replacing the same with new sealed compressor of approved make obtained from authorized dealers for 7.5 TR package type AC plant complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar or equivalent in Copeland /L& T.

Dismantling of blower motor of capacity 2.5 HP removing the burnt coil, re-winding of motor with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge including replacement of bearing of Package type AC unit, cleaning properly the slots, baking of winding, greasing of bearing etc at ASMS AC Plant complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ maintenance of Open type AC plant of 30 TR capacity each connected accessories such as compressor, Humidity control, Air handling unit, cooling tower, pump etc complete all as specified and directed.
