Diimantling porus wall and removing heavy sreaded roots and applying chemicals to control further growth and applying special chemical mixed motar in layers etc; complete as directed by the engineer at site.
Providing scaffolding arrangements above GL using'B' class standard APS units, couples etc & APS units are fixed at 1.60m C/c and each unit height in 2.0m with country wood plat form in working Level including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift T&P etc, complete.at site.
Dismantling the existing damaged RCC and stacking the debries in one place in ground floor including the cost of all labour, lead, lift, T&P etc complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Relaying Weathering course with Brick Jelly Lime concrete in the proportion of 32:12.5, for an average depth of 80mm, laid over with one course of Pressed tiles of approved high quality and thickness in bed mortar of CM 1:3 mixed with Crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointed with same mortar including the cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P cost of crude oil etc complete and as directed by the engnieer incharge. directed by the Engineer at site.
Supplying and Laying PVC pipes of 110mm 4 kg/cm2 approved quality and best make including fixing PVC Pipes specials including the cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete, and as directed by the engineer incharge.
Providing aluminium partition fully panelled with 9mm thick both side pre laminated board (Novapan or equivalent) using aluminium box section 63x38.4x2mm for verticals at 955mm c/c (approx) and horizontals (4nos)including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc.., complete.
