Supply, Assembling, Testing and Commissioning of trolley mounted 30 KVA SILENT Diesel Generator Set including 4 nos. temporary lighting structure with 2 nos. 60W LED floodlight luminaire in each structure, total 8 nos. (2 nos. x 4 structures) of LED floodlight luminaries, including cabling, DG set is of rating at 0.8 of lag, 415 V, 1500 RPM, 3 phase system at min. 0.80 load factor with CPCB-II approved acoustic enclosure comprising of radiator, multi cylinder Diesel Engine with rated capacity of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM, equipped with fly wheel, fuel tank, fuel piping, exhaust piping with insulation, Electric starting equipment, radiator cooled diesel engine coupled with Alternator of 3 Phase 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply mounted on sheet metal base frame with manual control panel with all standard accessories including one (01) number 12 Volt battery including loading, unloading and Transportation,. etc as detailed below. Diesel Engine Diesel engine 4 stoke liquid cooled, electric start, of Min - 38 BHP at 1500RPM suitable for above out put of alternator at 50 Degree C, 50% RH and at 1000 Mtr MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% overloading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. Complies with latest CPCB II emission norms including its up to date ammendments if any. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (i) Start-stop switch with key/ button (ii) Water temperature indication. (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication (iv) Battery charging indication and health status (v) RPM indication (vi) Low lube. Oil trip indication (vii) Engine Hours indication (viii) Overspeed indication

Alternator Synchronous alternator rated at 30 KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM , 3 phase 50Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Mtr MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP CRCA enclosure, brushless, screen protected, drip proof, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class H insulation. Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement as required suitable for mounting the above engine and alternator on Trolley. Trolley Heavy duty four wheel trolley complete with axle, with steering facility for the front wheels, four no mechanical stay jacks (screw type) and towing hook as per technical specifications. Temporary Lighting Structure Lighting tower of 2.5 mtr height suitable for temporary fixing on the ground, fabricated as per the drawing attached /similar/ superior design, suitable for fixing 2 nos. of LED floodlight luminaire per structure, entirely fabricated on GI, and aluminium painted to prevent rusting etc. complete as required. - 4 Set. Electrical System i)Standard control panel as per OEM shall consisting individual switch gears for lighting/receptacle. ii) 1no. each 63 Amp. Four pole, 25 KA MCCB & 63 Amps,5 Pin heavy duty Insulated plug & socket combination confirming IP-44 (To tap the power supply from DG set to connect external loads) ii) Cable drum of PVC insulated PVS sheathed 5 x 4 sq.mm copper flexible cable of min 24 Mtr length, 1.1kV grade, copper conductor cable wound on a reel with insulated plug and socket (panel mounting) of current ratings of 32 A 5 pin - 1no., 16 A 3 pin - 3nos. confirming to IP 44 to receive the power supply from DG set.(Make: Hensel or equivalent/ superior make) - 4 nos. Suitable earthing arrangements using earthing rods and 2.5 sq.mm copper wire for body earthing.

Starting System 12 V/ 24 V DC starting system as per OEM standards comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos. of batteries as required as per OEM Fuel System Fuel pump with A1 class mechanical governing shall be provided with inbuilt removable sheet metal fuel tank having minimum fuel capacity of 70 litres and fuel gauge system with qty indication with necessary connections and piping. Exhaust System Dry exhaust manifold with Residential exhaust silencer Acoustic Enclosure Acoustic & weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specification. The required foundation shall be designed as per the OEM standards and site conditions.
