Technical Bid

RequiredThe Tenderer shall have valid class-IV AND ABOVE KPWD/CPWD/MES/Railways/Public sectors license.

RequiredAnnual turnover for the last 5 years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 Duly certified by CA with UDIN.

RequiredAchieved in at least Two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works of Rs 13.55 LAKHS. Duly certified by CA with UDIN.

RequiredSatisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work of value not less than Rs 6.78 Lakhs. The workdone certificate duly signed not below the Rank of Executive Engineer.

RequiredThe Tenderer shall give details of the works on hand. Present contract commitment.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

The tenderer has to furnish the details of the Head Office including Telephone No.s, E-mail address, the fax and the mobile numbers of the person whom to be contacted.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E - Procurement Portal.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders.

Materials like bitumen,steel,cement etc.,required for the work shell be procured by the tenderer themselves and should got tested by the quality Assurance authority before use on the work.

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original, Submit the original document at the time of technical bid opening or next day and the Executive Director reserves the right to verify the original documents before approval.

If any, additional information required, the same may be obtained from the office of the Executive Director, 8, M S B-1, 6th & 7th Floor, Cunningham Road, Bangalore-52 during office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a General Holiday , the next working day will be considered

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

The contractors assessed available tender capacity shall be more than the tender value, it will be calculated as per the STD tender document Attached.

The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable.

The Defect liability period of the work is 12 Months from the date of submission of final bill.

Terms and condition of Contract as per Approved STD KW-1.

The rates are Exclusive of GST. GST will be paid separately.
