Checking and attending to water leakage from taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins and other sanitary fittings/fixtures and any obstruction to water supply, requiring plumber work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern etc including petty materials like washers of all sizes, thread(shoot), M-seal, screws, nails to make water supply/ plumbing lines functional and leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Emgr-In-Charge. Note : Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc of 500 to 1000 Ltr capacity PVC water storage tank without dismantling the tank incl writting the item "Tank Cleaning on ____" indication of the date, month & year of cleaning on external wall of tanks with synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

S&F in rep stainless steel grating doom75mm/100mm square/round complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 32/40 mm dia PVC waste pipe for WHB/sink complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on wall/ceiling/chajja/facia/beam/coloumn including taking down, cleaning using preservative material and match the existing surface with white wase, cement base paint/ appex and distemper which is required exceeding 0.50 Sqm but not exceeding 1.0 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ball valves of size 20mm bore dia high pressure of PTMT (Make-Prayag) with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (Minimum weight not less than 210 gms) screwed for iron pipe and fixed including necessary fitting as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair 15mm dia stop cock fancy type chromium plated concealed type, complete all as specified.

S&F as in repair bib tap 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in reapir hand shower (Helath faucet) with 8 mm dia, 1 metre long flexible tube and wall hook with NRV (Black flow preventor) (Make Jaquar, Cat No ALD 577). complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F toilet paper holder brass chromium plated with flap all as specified and directed.

S & F as in repairs for plastic water closet seat cover, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device all as specified and directed. Make: Hindware/Perryware or equilent.

S&F in repairs CP soap dish any type fixed to wall with brass screws all as specified and directed.

S&F Brass chromium plated shower rose 125mm size with or without swivel joints, including fixing to steel pipe or union of bore 15 mm, as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in level course on floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured tiles (square/rectengular) 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes under floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 31 above but on vertical surfaces as in skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured tiles (square/rectengular) 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes under floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed Coloured Ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7mm thick incl laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Granite stone 18-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in window cills, cooking plateforms and the like not less than 1 sqm (in one piece0, laid over 15mm thick layer of cement mortar 1:3 after roughning of existing concrete surface and applying a layer of neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade of stone, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or stone/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured separtely)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old/painted wood or wood based surface of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including knotting and stopping and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bond distemper on walls including preparation and complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bond distemper on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) Contractors/Contractor representative/ Engineer will report to Bikram complain cell/ concern JE daily in morning at 08:30 AM to collect complaint for routine/urgent works related to day to day maintenance till completion of contract. (ii) Contractor's representative for attending the complaints should be in proper uniform i.e. Blue shirt, Trouser, Cap, Safety Shoes and carry tool bag. (iii) Contractor will provide 01 Masson with 01 labour, 01 Plumber and 01 Carpenter daily at complain cell at 08:30 hrs. (iv) If contractor does not complete the petty work within 24 hrs contractor will charged penaulty Rs 500/- per day per complaints. (v) Contractor has to handover 25% store in MES complaint cell/store on quarterly basis for daily complaints. (vi) Periodical carried out up to 30' height with scafolding and necessary safety precaution (Helmet, Seat belt & Jacket). (vii) If contractor fail any above (a) to (f) conditions, contractor will charged penaulty Rs 500/- per day per complaints.
