Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) for Grading II (10 mm nominal size)

Sub-way Approach: : Collection and supply of sand gravel containing 60% Sand and 40% gravel at Quarry free from disntegrated and flaky pieces vegetation or other dileterious matter and adherent coadng etc. including cost of loading & unloding at road side, staking in measurable stack as directed by the Deptt. including payment of forest royalty and sale tax etc.

Sub-way Approach: :Labour for spreading metal gravel/granular material on the road surface as directed including dressing and cambering the formation and utilizing the loose earth in filling the depression as directed including carriage of gravel within 30 m on road surface as directed.

Making 120mm wide bamboo foot bridge with 100mm Bholuka or Barua bamboo posts driven 120 cm to 180 cm underground 3 Nos. in each row and rows being 3m apart bholuka or Barua bamboo dham placed over the posts and tied with cane or wire , Bholuka or barua bamboo struts in each row both up and down stream, jati bamboo long gorhs closely packed and tied with dham. Single layer of mat placed over 75mm thick brush wood and tied with bholuka or Barua bamboo rail stand fixed in one side of the bridge etc. complete.
