Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (53 to 22.40)mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled 80-100 kn static rollar in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable stone screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per T.S.C. 405 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MORD Specification.) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MORD Specification.) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates by using penetration grade bitumen mix in suitable hot mix plant to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be fallowed by seal coat as per technical specification clause 511, including cost of bitumen grade VG-10 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C (As per MORD Specification.) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick edging on both side of the road of first class bricks 8 cm (3") wide and 12 cm (4.5") deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(as per PWD SOR Sr no 765)
