M&L for applying two coats of water proofing compound suitable for sunkun treatment as per manufacturer instructions over vertical surfaces and floors of sunken of toilet including cleaning of surfaces.

M&L for PCC(1:2:4)type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates mixed with integral waterproofing chemical/compound as in padding on roof surfaces for correcting /making proper slope on roof,surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC will be applied over the roof slab when concrete is green after the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage/leakages etc. If any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5kg/Sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaireds the slab will be tested for water tightness again before proceeding with further treatment , complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only

M&L for provn of water proffing roof treatment to RCC roof with APP modifed membrane, minimum thickness of membrane minimum 3mm thick comprising with following items complete all as specified and directed , comprising of following items from Ser item No 105.01 to 105.05

The surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as, fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes, chimneystacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners.

Bituminious based Primer conforming to IS: 3384 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared surface, till the surface is property impregnated.

(i) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. (ii) Laying of water proofing APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane of minimum weight 3 Kg / sqm composed of 100 micron high density polyethylene sheet ( HMHDPE) as center core, which is sandwiched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps 75 mm and 100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc. (iii) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm.”

All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.
