M&L Clearning Choked Sewer Lines of upto 250mm dia of any depth, Manually or thorough Mechanical Appliances and Making Sewer Line Functional complete including Working Under Foul Condition and depositing the sludge, rubbish, etc. off the Premises outside the MOD/AF Land or Sewage Treatment Plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Removing Gully trap Cover and Desludging/Desilting/Cleaning of existing gully trap of depth upto 1.80 Metre filled with Sludge by means of Manually or through Mechanical Appliances complete, Working Under Foul Condition and resetting the Cover in same Position and depositing and removal of Sludge, Rubbish, etc. off the Premises Outside Defence Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Removing Manhole Cover and Desludging/Desilting/Cleaning of existing Manholes of depth upto 1.50 Metre filled with Sludge by means of Manually or through Mechanical Appliances complete, Working Under Foul Condition and resetting the Manholes Cover in same Position and depositing and removal of Sludge, Rubbish, etc. off the Premises Outside Defence Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Dewatering Sludge from Soakage Wells by Pumping out as required to keep the Complete Sewage System in order and as to avoid any Over flowing of Sewage Water including removing of Soak Well water pumped out as such out side of Defence Land by means of Pumps and Tankers (Capacity of Water Tanker shall be 5000 Litres) as required including Operating and Supervisory Staff(s) so as to keep the whole Station area Pollution Free, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Each Trip of Tanker to be taken Out side of MOD/AF Land in presence of Engr-in-Charge. This includes deployment of necessary T&P and nothing shall be Paid Extra.

M&L Desilting/Cleaning of Septic Tank and the like including Sludge Water and Solids Mechanically by HCV Mounted Suction Discharge Machine having Blow Back Facility with Sludge Tank and disposal of the same to Outside of MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Disilting/Cleaning of Septic Tanks shall be done as & when decided by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of Sewage pipe line (RCC/SGSW) of Upto 300mm bore by means of sewage cleaning jet machine /Super sucker machine and clean out the sluge /liquid mud or any other obstruction material to any depth including nesesarry rodding, working in foul position and depositing of sludge/silt/liquid mud beyond the premises of MOD land etc complete with all specified pressure rating and complete all as directed by Enge-in-charge. Note :- All other arrangment of electricity, water, etc included in quoted cost.Also the jet machine/super sucker machine to be deployed and work for atleast 8 hours in one day incl atleast 05 person of labour to carry out neccessary cleaning of manhole/sewer line at the time of deployment of machine in the station.

Material and labour for taking down for servicing of split type AC 1.5/2 TR Capacity including cleaning/washing of cooling coil, air filters/plasma filters etc of Indoor unit & condenser, compressors, fan motor etc of Out door unit with vacuum cleaner OR cleaning solution including checking the servicibility of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, remote control unit, fan, blower, etc and changing connections from heating mode to cooling mode or vice-versa and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Replacement of defective spares will be measured & paid separately under relevant items and Labour charges for fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Penalty will be charged for not attending complaint from 6 hours to 12 hours Rs. 250/- and from 12 Hours to 24 hours Rs. 500/- each complaint. Further if complaint not attended and rectified within 24 hours after intimation (Intimation will be given by message/whats app/mail by mentioning time of complaint, for that contractor has to submit his authorised reps details for receiving complaint) of complaint, failing which same will be got rectified through spot quotation by job order by any other agency at risk and cost of the contractor.

Dismanling and removing defective compressor and replacing the same with new sealed compressor of approved make obtained from authorised dealers for water cooler of 40/80 Ltr capacity all as specified and directed.

Dismanling and removing defective compressor and replacing the same with new sealed compressor of approved make obtained from authorised dealers for water cooler of 60/120 Ltr capacity all as specified and directed.

Dismanling and removing defective compressor and replacing the same with new sealed compressor of approved make obtained from authorised dealers for water cooler of 150 Ltr capacity all as specified and directed.

Note :- FOR ITEM No. 105 to 109 here as above :- (i) Warranty certificate from manufacturer/authorised dealers shall be submitted alongwith compressor unit. (ii) Supply and charging of gas will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC float valve of size 15mm dia complete suitable for 40/80/120/150 Ltr capacity water coolers including GI socket of same size all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs freezer door with spring of refregierators of any capacity & make all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement vegetable basket with glass suitable for 180/300/310 Ltrs capacity refrigerators.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC defrost tray as per sample suitable of 180/300/310 Ltrs capacity refrigerators.

Supply and fixing in replacement door gasket for refrigerators of capacity upto 180 to 310 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing repairable deep freezers of any make and from its position after disconnecting electric connections, transporting from site to contractor's workshop fro carrying out repairs and renewal/replacement of parts, reassembling and transporting back to the site including installation of the same on the same location and making electric connection etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

DESERT COOLER

M&L for taking down desert cooler of any type/size/model from any height / floor for servicing like changing of wood wool pads, kit motor, submersible pump, fan blade, front grill, wiring, capacitor, cleaning or any other repair work as specified and re-fixing to existing place after repair work/overhauling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the cost of T&P. (ii) The items required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for repair to control panel with replacement of contractor , relay timer switch starting switch complete wiring of panel and connection, Replacement of imported controls pressure, switches gauges, modulating valves, modulating motors, microprocessor and BMS components of compressor unit 1 to 3 at 3x7.5 TR AFSSR EMI/EMC LAB complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Supply and fix in replacmenet butterfly valves suitable for GI pipe complete including dismantling the old and nuts , bolts and socket size 65/100mm as per site replacmeent and all as directed of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rewinding of Induction Electric Motor upto 3/5/7HP Capacity of any Make and size complete with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge including Varnishing and replacement of insulated material and replacement of ball Bearing complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for repairing the cooling tower of AC Plant 3x7.5 TR at EMI/EMC lab by Strip opening of the parts such as CT fan motor, fan, fan blades, PVC fins, sprinkler, tie rod ,eliminator, electric connection complete and removing silt deposited inner part of the cooling tower by wire brush, PVC branch pipe and applying solvent as applicable and refixing the same after repairs/modification etc all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in charge.
