Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per clause 502

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam grade-II with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (As per Mort&h Sl. 5.4B)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. (As per Mort&h Sl. 5.5B)

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work ( Two or more coats applied @3.84 kg/10sqm).As per DSR 2023 item no.13.44.1 (116.9*.735=85.92, (85.92*110/107=88.32), (88.32*1.03=90.97 ) Say=90.95

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour shade on new work ( Two or more coats on new work over an under coat with suitable shade with ordinary paintb of approved brand and manufacture).As per DSR 2023 item no.13.62.1 ( 226.25*.735=166.295, (166.295*110/107=170.956), (170.956*1.03=176.085 )) Say=176.00

Brick soling with straight overburnt bricks laid flat complete including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm(3/8") depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Ch.5, Sl. 762(a))

Supply, laying and fixing of 900 mm dia NP-3 class hume pipes in proper position.
