Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Suppling and fixing in position 15mm diameter brass / C.P screw down tap / pillar tap / swan neck tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to I.S.specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc.complying with standard specifications and including cutting and threading wherever necessary

Supply and fixing of PVC. Nahini / Floor Trap with stainless Steel Gratings - 100 mm x 75 mm including all charges etc, complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting Sd 87

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp. SD 110

Supplying, fabrication and fixing in position of aluminuium natural colour matt finish Aluminium Three Track window of size 1.80m x 2.10m half glazed and half plb board fully 12mm thick board fully 5.5mm thick glazed door using rectangular aluminium box section of following sizes of frames and shutters with necessary accessories such as rubber beading, aluminium clips, best double action floor spring door closeer, handle locks and glass including all materials labour and power consumption charges required for fabrication if necessary chiopping dismantling making necessary holes in RCC columns, beams or masonary wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing etc., complete. The aluminium surface must be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with IS specifications 1868/1962 of anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns for all sections.
