M&L for Preparation of old plain surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper on ceiling,through mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces plastered or unplastered /stone sufaces and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper on walls,through mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing kerb stone concrete / brick surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair(w/o using extra cement) using integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for1.00 to 1.50 mm thick wall care putty on walls/cieiling complete finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two coat of weather proof exterior paint over a one coat of primethrough mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 01 to 09:- Applied rates for above items also include necessary scaffolding, jhulla, tools, plants and safety equipments & measures to carry out the works upto a height of G+4 floor. Nothing extra on this acoount is payable to contractor.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked, complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of old treatment on surfaces of walls/ ceiling through electrically operated grinder (wall sanding machine with internal dust extraction system) for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall/Ceiling, complete all as specified and directed upto 20 mtr height including necessary steel scafolding upto 20 mtr height where required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
