Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits land owned/arranged by the agency at his own cost with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 for Rural Roads of MORD. (Mode of measurement: pre works and post works) Carriage up to total lead of 5.0 km. (Royalty charge on earth @ Rs. 29.00 /m³ and cesses charges @ 5.30 /m³ will be deducted from the bill amount if the contractor not able to produce necessary documents in support of payment made towards the royalties).
Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification. The compaction factor is 0.70. (The payment is to be made on the basis of the finished compacted volume of stone dust.)

Open-Graded Premix Surfacing using Bituminous (Viscosity grade Paving Bitumen / Modified bitumen) Binder and Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) Supplying & providing, laying and rolling of Open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm @ 0.018 m³ per m² and 11.2 mm @ 0.009 m³ per m² size stone aggregates, including thoroughly cleaning of the surface, screening, cleaning and pre-heating stone chips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscosity grade paving bitumen or cut-back or emulsion, carrying the mixture by any suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly over the surface, including line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) and thoroughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades including the cost and carriage of stone chips and matrix, heating the matrix, preheating the aggregates to required temperature and including the hire charges of Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) and other machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants etc. complete to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 for Rural Roads of MORD. Providing and Painting of structural steel surfaces of bridge members by grit blast cleaning or centrifugal blasting with a suitable abrasive materials like crushed Slag in accordance with clause-III of IS 6586 : 1989 immediately before painting , to make the surface free from grease, oil, rust and other foreign materials. The rate includes supply of abrasive sand, fuel, cost of paint including all transportation, lead, lift and labour charges, consumables, tools & plants complete in all respect but exclusive of cost for staging/scaffolding. Painting of approved Zinc-phosphate primer of OFT 65 micron followed by finish coat of Micaceous iron oxide pigmented drying oil type paint of DFT 75 micron.
Protection of embankment nearly 3000mm away from the edge line of the proposed carriageway by closely driven 150mm diameter eucalyptus ballah each of 4000mm total length, driven 2500mm into ground or bed of pond / water body in standing water condition, @ 350mm centre to centre with 1500mm exposed height of each ballah including fittings of three numbers 100mm diameter half splited eucalyptus ballah Runner-- fitted& fixed two on top of each face of close ballah walling and one on middle height of it, along full length of the walling including 100mm diameter, 1500 mm long eucalyptus ballah Tie fitted @ 2500mm centre to centre with Tie-Post anchoring by driving 100mm diameter, 1500mm long eucalyptus ballah Tie-Post, driven 1200mm into ground on the road side of protection line and placing one layer of earth filled gunny bag (@ not less than 40nos. bag per running meter length of protection line) just after ballah work on the road side of protection line including filling of remaining recess / caving portion between embankment and ballah walling by carried earthwork (not less than 1.00m3 per running m. of protection line) with manual compaction after proper bench-cutting of the existing embankment profile for proper placement of earth and to achieve finished earth filled slope as per directions including supplying eucalyptus ballah, coal-tar, nails, bolts, empty gunny bags etc and labour charges for cutting, splitting ballah, coal tarring to each ballah, driving charges for driving ballah into ground / bed of pond in standing water condition, fitting fixing charges for Runner & Tie, including cost of earth for earth filling and earth-bag work including excavation charges & labour charges for manual compaction, including gunny bag filling (by earth), stitching & placing earth filled bag to the desire location after proper bench cutting of the embankment portion between ballah walling and damage flank all complete in all respect as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Assembling, fabrication and erection of Bailey Bridge at site of 100 feet span with TDR Configuration having extra wide carriage way width (4.25 m- Single Lane Bailey Bridge) designed for IRC Load class -70R including supply of all the supporting formwork ,arrangement of NOSE etc. including transportation and other incidental charges complete in all respect.
