Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including Screed bed or bedding layer over & incl 15mm thick screed bed in (1:4) for laying floor finishes and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including Screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15mm (1:4) thick for laying floor finishes and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite slab for gate pillar & cooking platform (of any type) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing laid over 10mm thick cement mortar in (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F light shade Vetrified Ceramic tiles edge cut 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

S&F light shade Vetrified Ceramic tiles edge cut 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surface such as skirting dado and wall etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles joint free 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) or tile addessive complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Non-Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300mm x 450 mm, 7mm thick over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.
