Construction of L.T. ABC Line to replace damaged L.T Line and Increasing capacity of 100 KVA to 250 KVA Transformer in Business Plan 2021-22 under jurisdiction of EUDD, Naini, Prayagraj

Construction of L.T. ABC Line to replace damaged L.T Line at Naini Zone 5 Avasi Basti Uttari Lokpur at back of Kashiram Avash Nagar Nigam, Lekhraj, Jhunsi, and Increasing capacity of 100 KVA to 250 KVA Transformer at Nageshwar Mandir, Ustapur, Jhunsi, Prayagraj in EUDD-Naini, Prayagraj under Business Plan 2021-22 Scheme including loading, unloading & Carriage of materials from Store Center Naini to Dump site and vice-versa.

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 9 Mtr. long STP Single pole with necessary arrangement for laying of 11 KV over head line, including grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for H.T. Line. (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like 11 KV X-Arms, 11 KV T-off Chanel, Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt, Extension Bracket/M.S. Channel/M.S. Angle etc. will be arranged by the contractor, only ST Pole and Earthing Rod with G.I. wire will be provided by the department.)

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 11 Mtr. long STP single pole with necessary arrangement for L.T. ABC cable and including grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for L.T. Line. (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt, etc. as per Norms will be arranged by the contractor, only STP and Earthing Rod with G.I. wire will be provided by the department.)

Fabrication, erection, grouting & plinthing of Substation type 11 M long STP Double Pole with mounting of all accessories i.e. 11 kV Fuse set, top channel, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing 300 mm above ground level as per Norms. (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt etc. as per Norms will be arranged by the contractor exempt 11 kV Fuse set, top channel, STP will be provided by the department.)

Construction of 11 kV line with ACSR, Weasel conductor by laying, stringing, sagging, binding and nuzzling of 3 phase 3 wire.

Stringing and sagging of two nos. G.I. wire with cradle guarding of 11 kV line.

Earthing of Steel Tubular Pole with MS Earthing rod of size 20x2500 mm

Erection, grouting binding and nuzzling of Stay set complete

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC single pole with necessary arrangement for cable/LT ABC hanging like as an end pole, Grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for LT line. (Grouting, plinthing & others required materials will be provided by the contractor. Only PCC and Earthing Rod with G.I. wire will be provided by the department.)

Errection & grouting of stay Rod with Cement, Sand and Bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling (Grouting materials and Stay Clamp will be arranged by the contractor and Stay rod with Stay wire will be provided by the department).

Hanging of Arial Bunch Conductor (3x120+1x95+1x16 sq mm) after fixing all necessary accessories like I-Hook, I-Hook clamp, Dead-end Clamp, Suspension Clamp & Nut & Bolt on all ready errected 9/11 mtr long STP complete . (Only A.B. Cable provided by the department).

Installation of Distribution Box with necessary clamp on already errected 9/11 mtr. long pole (required materials like D.B., Clamps, nut & bolt, Bare neutral connector (PRC) , L.T. Connector, Aluminium cable etc. will be provided by the contractor).

Erection & commissioning of T/F 250 KVA along with HT/LT connections. Complete in all respect. All required material will be arranged by contractor except 250 KVAT/F.

Earthing of Transformer body and neutral by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 20’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Erection and grouting of L.T. cubical Box, making platform & plastering the same with cement, sand in ratio 1:6 , fixing the tailless unit 500/300 Amp., making L.T Busbar and its taping complete in all respect. (Cubical Box with Tailless unit will be arranged by the department & Other grouting material will be arranged by the contractor own his cost.)

Earthing of L.T. Cubical box by M.S. earthling rod and connecting with G.I. Strips of size 50x6 mm with clamp for neutral & L.T. cubical box body. (Only M.S. Earthing rod with G.I. Wire will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Laying of 3x240 sq mm L.T. cable from T/F to L.T. Cubicle Box with proper lugging and tagging. (Only L.T. Cable will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Dismantling & carriage of the 100 KVA Transformer form work site to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj. (T & P and Carriage vehicles provided by Contractor.)
