Supply and fix for street light bracket on pole fabricated out of 40mm bore GI tube light grade bed to shape as directed and of length 1.0 metre complete with mounting MS clamp of flat iron size 25 x 5mm of suitable length 2 pairs including nut & bolts etc for suitable size and painting MS clamp with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE Material and labour for construction of 10 users hume pipe septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil , PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation, vent shaft, connection etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for soakage wells excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation, wells of honey combed and solid brick work in CM, RCC cover slab, filling with bricks bats complete of size 1.2 metres dia and 1.50 metres depth complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for horizontal boring below pavement / road in soft/ loose soil for crossing up to 100 mm dia GI pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 600mm x 600mm x 600 mm suitable for sluice valves upto 100mm bore with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate ) as in foundation, brick work in CM (1:6), rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4), coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) including necessary earth work, MS sheet cover of thickness 3.15mm on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame work including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on iron or steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

AIR CONDITIONING, EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND STANDBY POWER SUPPLY Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Walk-in-Cold room for Medical Storage of nominal size 10 x 10 x 8 feet consisting of wall with two tire steel shelves and ceiling panel made out of PGI sheet filled with 60mm PUF insulation, anti skid aluminium chequered plate flooring on 60mm PUF, door of suitable dimension, hydraulic door closer digital temperature indicator with auto display of temp and temp logger of 7 days alarming system on vertical and electric panel for controlling with all safety features, air cooled medium temperature split unit 2 HP rating with scroll compressor working on R-410A refrigerants to maintain temperature of +2 to +8 degree centigrade at an ambient temperature of 30 degree centigrade complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Blue star/ Voltas/ Carrier/ Hitachi/ Daikinn/ LG as approved.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning for air cooled split unit indoor/ out door complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ionizer and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with with 1,5 TR, BEE 3 star rated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning for voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 Volt to 250 Volt with out put voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for interchanging of existing 100 KVA and 200 KVA transformer from existing plinth foundation to proposed site complete all as directed. Note:- (a) Arrangement of tools and plants for interchanging or shifting of transformers will be provided by contractor. (b) Carefully interchanging of existing transformer, no damage should be done.

Material and labour for dry river sand as in sand cushioning in trenches/ ducts for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Material and labour for sub class 'B', old size bricks for cable protection cover, common burnt clay building bricks, laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exc.10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for cable junction box 200x160x98 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic, having IP protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32-02 No. & M-25-01 No.) fixed on poles with aluminium clamps of size 25x3 mm, nuts, bolts washers etc as per Cat No.K-9250 of make HANSEL or equivalent of make SPELSBERG/ RITTAL as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for LED light fitting 72 watts, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium aesthetically designed road way luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver as per Cat No.LSTP-72-CDL-M of make CROMPTON or equivalent of make Philips/ GE as approved including cable for connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm 2 core multistranded copper conductor for connection of security light from junction box to security light complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts, 100 KVA/80 KW, 3 phase 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at JOrhat and confirming to condition under ISO 3046 with capacity of 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hour duration and alternator with following :- Alternator: Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVAat 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated with an AVR, screen protected drip proof brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' with IP-23 protections and voltage regulation of +1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +1% tolerance. (d) Bus bar including suitable capacity of MCCB/ MCB including CTs, cable etc. AMF Panel: Automatic Mains Failure (AMF)Panel made CRCA sheet 2 mm thick including necessary arrangement to install, testing and commissioning and connecting load cable up to change over switch, suitable capacity of 4 pole MCCB complete all as per OEM recommendation . Acoustic Enclosure: Manufactured by OEM suitable for 100 KVA DG set. Civil Works: All civil works including PCC platform and related foundation including for panel and equipments including making good of disturbed area during installation and commissioning of Generator set. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.
