Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent as specified in the Brand name and cement proportion 1:5:15 to existing r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of Poyalk EP or equivalent as specified in the brand Name and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrate complete as directed, Providing and applying "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as spesified in the brand Name. Polymer modified cement mortar in required proportion (1:5:15) to RCC members including Hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Moistening the cracks, Providing and applying priming/ bonding coats of slurry made out of "POLYALK EP" and cement (Or equivalent as specified in the list of brands names) in proportion 1:1 to surface prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/ Grooves by Providing and applying "POLYALK EP" 20mm thick Polymer modified cement mortar (Or equivalent as specified in the lest of brand Names) in proportion of 1:5:15 (polyalk EP: Cement: Graded sand/ quartz sand) on the prepared/ surfaces and finishing it in level with the existing plaster including Hands Packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/ punch etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of existing rough surface of stone masonry and piers, dry /oil/ damp concrete wall by means of mechanical grinding and with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface, without over wetting, followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes to achieve a rough, coherent substate having anot exceedingellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc, clean and dry the surface by using vacuuming equipment and compresseed air as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild PH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove surface dirt, grit, surface accretions, lime wash etc by means of water misting and PH balanced surfactants and cleaning as directed by Engineer - in- Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation on wall surfaces, chajjas etc and erection and dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding up to 25 meter height and provision of necessary safety equipments to the skilled workers to carry out work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Raking out cement pointing or any other hard material used and careful re-pointing and repair to be carried of the damaged pointing to walls externally and internally above the base of vaults and apse domes for poor joints, in lime mortar 1:3 (1lime, 3 sand mix to be approved by Consultants before application) and filling in of any holes/damage areas of stone that may have to be filled in lime mortar. Pointing to be carefully colour matched using additives such as kattha, sand, stone dust and such additives to exactly preparation of batches of samples upto 20 samples of colour matched lime mortar for approval by Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor to ensure use of masking tape and sharp specialized spatulae and tools to ensure clear lines and high level of workmanship on site all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge. Make : Fsoroc Rendroc SP40 (Polymer modified mortar) or as approved by GE.
Material & labour for applying one coat of solvent based polyurethene paint on external wall cladding after preparation of surfaces all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Asian, Berger (Weather Coat tile Ptotector), Fosroc or as approved by GE
Supply and fixing for rolled mild steel Sections of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A, as in post, runners, rafters, purlins, trusses, steps, ladder, frame of trenches etc fixed with connecting plates including bending, welding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing Rolled sections as in plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to grade Fe 410-W (Gde E 250 quality- B) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for TMT mild steel bars,10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Ditto as per item No 13 above but 6 to 8mm dia bars as in stirrups complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emlusion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for complete removal of existing plastered wall surface, over 10cm girth preparation of surfaces, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulsion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and applying microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent around edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond or equivalent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering all as required as per site condition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour in repair for Stainless steel decorative railings, staircase (design and pattern as approved) made out of SS pipes, SS flats, SS plates etc. of grade 316 complete with and including necessary welding, buffing/ polishing and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Design for stairs/ladders or any others will be as approved by GE.
Material & labour in repair for Stainless steel decorative railings chains alloy grade 316 having 8mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. complete with and including necessary welding, buffing/ polishing and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour RCC (1:2:4) type BI using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, walls deck slabs in shelves, drain cover, trench cover and the like including all necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately)

Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, applying two coats of Oil emulsion distemper over a coat wall care putty of 3mm thick and alkali primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty 3mm thick on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and applying two coats of oil bond distemper ver a coat of wall primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
